  8. DevilMan03, what info do you have about West that supports your prediction? I don't remember much about Their team.
  9. How are things progressing with the 2014 Greene Devils?
  10. Stewart will not be back at QB for Greeneville as he is a senior and will graduate this spring.
  11. No problem bud! My 2 cents worth isn't worth much that's why I asked the questions.
  12. I started this thread, and yes I'm a resident of Greeneville. I am not a pot stirrer bud, I just simply asked a couple of questions in relation to compare and contrast the two teams, Giles and Greeneville. If memory serves me correct, and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't I clearly stated in the original post that I wasn't trying to start anything other than getting information.
  13. We all know that the BRAC, Blue Ridge Athletic Conference, where Greeneville plays is not the strongest conference in the state. We have no control over that and has nothing to do with the quality of athletes at our sister schools. We also know that Greeneville has played a grueling non-conference schedule which includes 6A Science Hill, 5A Morristown West, and 2A Alcoa. We also played a weaker 6A Franklin County. With that being said, how does Giles county's conference and non-conference schedule compare or differ? This question is simply to spark a conversation and not an argument.
  14. Love the site, love the jabbing at each other and each other's team, but this seems to be like a group of 10 year old girls going at it!!!! I believe it's about time for us all to grow up and not take this "game" so seriously. Yes, it's just a game, even though I want to see the Devils win just like the rest, but it's a game!
  15. All this "I was on the sideline" talk is so cheap. When GHS plays at WG everyone is on the sideline! Especially the GHS fans.
  16. It's funny that when someone gets in trouble for something how you have to start blaming someone for doing the same thing. We tell our children to be responsible for themselves and don't blame others for their mistakes. If everyone else is recruiting, does it make it alright to recruit yourself? MAN UP and take it like a man and don't blame Greeneville for something that happened half way across the state!!
  17. The way GHS has done what they've done over the past three years is hard work and good coaching. The thing that caught my eye was the comment on the "weak" schedule. I would agree, but also, I believe that GHS would beat most if not all of the teams in DB's conference, yes, our conference may be weak, but what about the other outside of the conference teams that we beat and the teams in the playoff?
  18. If you talk to any Greeneville fan they'll tell you they don't play anyone in conference play, but that's not Greeneville's fault. You don't get to choose conferences.
  19. Using foul language in any part of life is a learned habit. It is not required in order to communicate. I have no issue with my child being corrected, punished, fussed at, or even a voice being raised, but to resort to cursing is in my opinion is unexceptable. Just as others may disagree with me, I disagree with those that do not hold my viewpoint. If we can't communicate without cursing, maybe our communication methods need to be evaluated. As far as the classroom and locker room being different. I believe it's the same school board paying the coaches salary for teaching in the classroom as in the locker room. So let the third grade teacher curse to get little Johnny to learn his mulitplication facts and see how far it get's them. Out the door!
  20. What they showed I'd prefer not to use that word on here.
