Congrats to the Cougars for the win. This was the best game they've played all year.

Hillsboro would blitz in the second half and they would run the ball right into the obvious blitz. And when they are giving up long run after long run they still fail to put more than 7 in the box. And other minor things of the like

I've seen both teams play and from what I've seen Brentwood looked a bit stronger. I think Brentwood takes the game by 7 or 10.

Centennial has been outcoached a few times this year which makes me a bit nervous for this game, it appears that their coaches do not believe in making adjustments throughout the game. Hillsboro ran the same three plays the entire second half minus the long touchdown pass and they didn't change the defense. On the other side of the ball, Centennial ran the same deep comeback probably seven times and found success in the first half but Hillsboro caught on and the last three were incompleions with the final one being a pick that ended the game. They had the talent to beat everyone they've played excluding Brentwood and possibly WC. I know nothing about Portland except that, from looking at their scores, they've played some good teams pretty tough and their district is probably a little better than 11AAA this year. That being said, I think that if Centennial brings their A game for four quarters they should win. i If Centennial opens up the offense like they did against Brentwood and put up at least 28 they should win.

I'll take Beech, Antioch, Centennial, haven't seen Station Camp or Northeast this year but I've hear NE has some studs so I'll take them

Get there early because Cane Ridge probably has the smallest stadium in 6A, looks almost like a middle school stadium. I'd like to see a metro team do well in the playoffs but I do see Cane Ridge knocking off Riverdale. Riverdale's schedule was much tougher than Cane Ridge's and I believe this will be Cane Ridge's first playoff game, could be wrong though. If Riverdale can handle the speed then I don't see them having much of a problem Friday night.

Centennial put up 35 on Brentwood, that was actually a very competitive game. Centennial's QB had some missed passes in the second half that resulted in Brentwood running away with it in the 4th qtr. And Centennial blew out Franklin, who beat Hillsboro. Centennial shouldn't have much of a problem taking care of the Burros friday

It's going to be a very long night for the Eagles. Siegel probably has the second best team in the state.

Centennial is prone to giving up big plays and if Indy can take advantage of that then it could get dicey for the Cougs. But if Centennial plays disciplined and improves from last week then CHS should take the victory rather easily

Thanks, I think Siegel has a great shot of doing it again this year. It could also be a preview of a quarterfinal match in the playoffs.

Also from what I've seen Riverdale is consistent while LaVergne is more of a big play team. I think Riverdale's consistency prevails in this one. Riverdale by about 17

I would love to see Centennial pull this one out but I dont see it happening. Franklin's QB may not have had his best game yet but he wont have to attempt that many passes against Centennial because of those 3 running of his in the backfield. I don't see Centennial being able to stop the run game. The only way I see Centennial winning is if they can score over 21 points but that's a tough task against Franklin's stout defense. My prediction: Franklin 28 Centennial 8

I dont think Blackman will have much of a problem against LC. I think they win by about 14 pts

Indy-Oakland will be one of the best games in Middle Tennessee this week. After a rebuilding year last year the Eagles are looking to make it back to the playoffs and Oakland is looking to make another run at the state championship. I think it will be a tough defensive game hopefully with Indy coming out on top. My perdiction is Indy-17 Oakland 20 The Centennial-Antioch game will also be a good game. I don't know much about Antioch except that they have great athletes, but Riverdale shut them down pretty good last week. The big question for Centennial is can they build off their success from last year. They also have alot of great athletes but most of them play both ways so fatigue could be a major factor for the Cougars. They got knocked around pretty good by Mt. Juliet in a scrimmage a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully the Cougars can take down the Bears in what I believe to be a high scoring affair. My prediction is Centennial-35 Antioch-31

If Franklin can get their offensive line to actually block then the rebels shouldn't have much of a problem in KY. To me that was their main issue against BGA, the qb made some questionable plays but i think it was bc he didn't have anytime to throw the ball. Their defense is tough. Good luck Rebels in KY

Oak Hill played nashville christian academy last year and played 2 games at freedom hall in johnson city.

I think the best game friday will be against a somewhat underacheiving Centennial vs a somewhat overacheiving Independence. Whoever wins, it will be a close game

I like their gym but I think Lawrence County's is better
