That means Metro would have to have an Athletic Director that cared to make tough decisions, so until then this is what metro will be

Coaching is apparently a "second job" in metro so you can teach and coach somewhere else. Which is wrong in my opinion.

That's the question. In order for Antioch to be successful its going to take more than just a head coach. I believe the majority of the assistants at Antioch were non faculty. It will interesting to see if the principal allows the new coach to bring in at least two or three assistants he would want.

Hillsboro DC is already in the building and has relationships already with some of those kids, could be a very good fit. PC OC could bring a different dynamic to the job with coaching so many athletes at PC and being young and energetic. East HC brings in experience as a head coach that could be very valuable. All good choices, but I would lean towards Hillsboro DC as the choice.

The waves of green may be interested

Weight Lifting is still offered as a class and is for all students... As far as the openings, Antioch may be looking East, Maplewood may change to green, Overton Sucks. Mose Phillips may be the next coach at Cane Ridge so no reason for him to leave.

East may desire Antioch for closeness. Maplewood being asked to switch to the color green? Stratford strong in house. Overton Sucks...

Overton has always sucked. Don't want to hear excuses that all other metro teams deal with. Demographics limit every metro school. You either get it done or you don't. People around Overton will tell you that they have too many me players. I say they have too many me coaches. Attitude is a reflection of leadership. Overton sucks.

Fat Albert touched it his usual 20 something for his usual 100 and no TD's. Sounds like Hampton and #27 shoulda gotten it more. Why oh why oh why do they not see that he was the 3rd best back on the team? BTW...does he go "Hey, Hey, Hey" when they hand him the ball?

Workinprogress you just made my point that your best athlete will only get a few touches. Do you think that #7 should get 3 times the touches as Hampton?

I agree. That is why Overton sucks. I hope he gets the oppurtunity to make some plays so you guys can see what I am talking about.

Yep I have seen Mathers play 5 times and he is a heck of a player. I am not knocking him. He will definitly lead Blackman to a HUGE victory. Overton sucks because they would rather run #7, 25-30 times a game and he is no where close to the player or playmaker that Hampton is. I have no ties to any player in this game I just think Overton sucks.
