  4. Go Pioneers! High hopes that the dirty30 can pull one out tonight.
  5. I graduated in 1984 and may have had your wife as a teacher or may have known her. The 1983 football season was the last playoff win for Warren County. 37 long years ago, we went to the quarterfinals with a talented team and great coach. Yes, Nunley Stadium was packed and provided a great atmosphere and hot Dr. Pepper was a concession stand staple. The '83 teams quarterfinal run was 3 years after the semifinal run. WC expected to win football games back then and demanded respect. This years team may be more hungry for a playoff win, because they have heard all their lives about how long it has been. Plus, the Pioneer coaches have conveyed that very well to them. Good luck tonight Pioneers, we know your prepared and we will root you on just like we have for the last 37 years!
  6. Warren Co. High School alumni Jonathan Hutton of 1045Zone and Titans Radio will call this game on MyTV30 WUXP friday night.
  7. The Pioneers had their chances. I’m sure Creasy would say this was their most hard fought game of the season. Congrats to the Patriots for winning the region. Hopefully, we can meet again in the 2nd round. Great season for the Pioneers, a great team with several of Region 3’s best athletes. Yes, we may have surprised some, but we knew what we had going into this season and we are not done yet.
  8. Thanks MidTennFootball, I hope we can get a playoff win too. It has just been 37 years, since the last playoff win.
  9. 6A Region 3 matchup at Nunley Stadium.
  10. This is the biggest game at Nunley Stadium, since my senior year and the 1983 football season. In 1983, the Pioneers hosted the state quarterfinals. Warren County fans are very proud of squad 52 and this team is well coached, hungry and prepared for games like tomorrow night.
  11. Warren County twist would curl your toenails. The big boys are downing the syrup these days.
