Are you speaking of District 2 with rutledge, Claiborne, Cumberland Gap, Union Co and those teams?
or
Region 2 with Austin-East, Fulton, Anderson County, Kingston, Carter, Loudon, Alcoa those team?
7PM Clifford Ross Gymnasium
I don't care how tall or how good UC can shoot, the question is can they get it across half court with AEs press and quickness?
Ask Anderson Co.
I wasn't totally shocked that AE won, but I was very suprised how the Roadrunners just jumped all over OS.
It was 30-9 at one point before being 32-15 at halftime.
OS went on a little run to get it to 10, but then AE buried them early in the 4th period.
Brittney Allen of AE hit 3 threes and 5 yesterday 8 in two days and 15 in two days for the Roadrunners.
Good Luck to OS and AE in the substate!
PS
I really want to thank the Oliver Springs fan for all their great hospitality (yeah I know we are hosting, but you can still be hospitable as a guest). Infact, I have on my purple and gold OS shirt on as we speak! GO LADY CATS!!!

The Gentlemen take the court today with some intriquing match-ups....
4.30PM #1 Fulton (3-AA) vs. #4 Scott Co.(4-AA)
6.00PM #1 Anderson Co. (4-AA) vs. #4 Austin-East (3-AA)
7.30PM #2 Kingston (4-AA) vs. #3 Alcoa (3-AA)
9.00PM #2 Seymour (3-AA) vs. #3 Lenoir City (4-AA)
Brackets
#4 in the State Fulton in this region.
State race is open with #1 Union City going down in region and #7 Lexington, and #10 McMinn Central also losing.
I'm interested to see OS I've heard they were good, but I get to see for myself today.
Fulton has a few good athletes, but they don't shoot well and they aren't very deep so it might get nasty.
Fulton/Scott
Kingston/Alcoa
Anderson County/Austin-East
Seymour/Lenoir City
If District 4 has a chance to win it's probably the Seymour/Lenoir City match-up. However if Seymour is hitting those 3s and Slay is doing his thing Seymour will be tough to take down.
Fulton should handle Scott County easily.
Alcoa should give Kingston a taste of Warren, Sykes, Lindsey, and Walker inside.
Austin-East is going to throw those athletes at Anderson County, if AC can handle the press they have a chance.
4.30 - #1 Austin-East (3-AA) vs. #4 Kingston (4-AA)
6.00 - #1 Oliver Springs (4-AA) vs. #4 Fulton (3-AA)
7.30 - #2 Anderson Co. (4-AA) vs. #3 Alcoa (3-AA)
9.00 - #2 Seymour (3-AA) vs. #3 Loudon (4-AA)
Brackets
#1 in the State Oliver Springs, and #3 in the state Austin-East could possibly meet up in the Championship if things were to go as planned.
