Terrible precedent to set firing a HS coach with 3 games left. I mean what is there to gain other than to make an already poor looking administration to prospective candidates look even worse...
Not that I'm trying to argue, think Clark has done a good job. But it is surprising how low Houston Co's numbers have gotten after two pretty successful seasons (at least according to reports here.)
That's what I'm saying although WC is further west CA is still technically closer to all of the other schools in the quadrant. Doesn't really matter in the end up thought it was interesting question.
You can see the overall rubric if you go to regional standings and then click on what specific team you are looking for. It will then take you to a hyperlink that shows the matrix values for that particular team and and overall ranking for all playoff projected teams in that class.
So if the playoffs started today would Clarksville Academy or Waynesboro go to Quad 4?
It looks like CA is just 2 miles closer to Bruceton (the next furthest team East) than WC. Anybody know how that shakes.
What a schedule Fayetteville plays this year! 2 gimmies to start the season but man what a last 8 games.

Man 1A is weak outside of the top 2 this year (Union City/NCS). No way a 2-3 South Pitt should be anywhere near the top 10 especially after a 1 pt win over Whitwell. Will a loss to a decent Grundy team be enough to get them out of the top 10?
Lol didn't realize this was Myers directly...dang that's funny.
Yes the program is in better hands without a doubt if a coach with a game tonight is posting on coacht Friday afternoon.
I know "the facts" of Springfield football under Coach Myers & am well aware of the history. You're program is in infinitely better shape with Coach Wilson and the current group of coaches he has in place.
Wilson is a guy that could be there for 30 years and have consistent success, you won in this transition I'm not sure why that hard to understand.
All the program needed was a strong disciplinarian that the kids could relate to to reach the big potential that program has. Myers had the Xs & Os but let the inmates run the asylum.
You guys finally ready to admit that Dustin Wilson was a good hire? It took him a few years to clean up the discipline mess left by Myers in the program but now you will have a much more stable & successful program over the long haul after a few tough years.
Everyone knew he was gonna be successful, just needed some time.
What happened to Ezell? New coaching staff? Not supporting the program they way they used to from an admin standpoint? increased competition from other Nashville privates?
Crazy how far they have fallen pretty quickly.
