I do not know how many seniors Trousdale will lose but with only 27 kids on the team you would have to think that next year would be a down year for them.

Heard today that the Bucs and the Pirates will play again in 06. The game will be week 1 @ Beene Stadium.

TE is back so is the right guard. Also another lineman who will be moved to center.

Doesn't matter who we have you guys would move to another classification if you thought you had to play a private school!!!

The O- line will have 3 returning starters and a Sophomore who played in a number of games as a back-up. They should be a solid group once the season starts.

Defensively the Bucs will return 7 starters and on offense they will return 5 including a healthy Anthony Hathaway at Tailback. Should be another competitive season for the Bucs.

CPA is a class act as well and it will be another war between them and Boyd on week 0 next season. Only 5 months till spring practice!!!

Word on the street is that BBS may play South Pitt on that open date.

AS A SUPPORTER OF BBS FOOTBALL FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS i CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS YEAR'S TEAM WAS THE GUTTIEST GROUP I HAVE EVER SEEN PLAY. THEY COMPETED LIKE THE CHAMPIONS THEY WERE AND FOR THAT THEY SHOULD BE COMMENDED. 58 GAMES IN 4 YEARS IS QUITE AN ACCOMPLISHMENT. THANKS SR'S!!!

At Least Boyd can say that they got to play in a quarterfinal game which is more than can be said for Ooltewah. Sounds like you are just mad and probably always will be that you never chose to come play for a winner in your highschool days. Of course then again you probably never saw the field yourself !!

I quess since Boyd is just an afterthought you guys can go ahead and talk about how Alcoa and Tyner will match up next week. Speed vs speed it should be good. Let's hear what you Tyner fans think?

Upperman is very big and physical but no match for Tyner's speed.

Sequatchie and Marion better get used to trying to figure out who is 3rd or 4th in the Region because BBS and Tyner will be playing for the Championship for at least 2 more years or until one of them move up to 3A which is a distinct possibility!!

Sounds like Boyd should just stay home and not even go to the game the way you guys have it all figured. Maybe the Bucs who have not lost a Region game in 5 years either will at least make a game out of it. At least you Tyner folks are concerned!!

The fact is Boyd is playing Tyner for the Region Championship and Sequatchie and Bledsoe is not. As I said 3 weeks ago Sequatchie would not win another game this season. That has held true and will continue to do so this week and next. Their schedule does not prpare them. Their kids played hard and were well coached but had no respect for Boyd or their school. That is something they will learn over time. Good luck on the rest of your season and I know Boyd will finish up strong the next two weeks with wins over Cookville and Tyner and head into the playoffs with confidence Just like they always do.

Boyd has returned 4-5 players that have been injured in weeks past so maybe they can make a game of it. Should be a great atmosphere for a highschool football game.

Trousdale is the real deal in 1a. They will not only win their region handily but they will win against S. Pitt and Dance in Murfresboro in Dec. They may not play who you guys think they should or what ever, but they have always had a strong team and a lot of tradition and will dominate whoever they play on the east side of the state. Friendship christian has no idea what they are in for in 2 weeks. Ya'll think Boyd Dominated ya'll the last 3 years well guess what Trousdale will pick up where Boyd left off. They will do to you what you did to Red Boiling Springs!!!

The wing t is hard to run in the mud. Will the coaching staff adjust it's gameplan due to the weather conditions?

Westmoreland is number 7 in the state but I guarantee you they are not as good as Tyner who is not even ranked. Traditionally that is a week region over there but I still say sequatchie will fall to the eagles. 42-41.

How can you say sequatchie is for Real? They play a cream puff schedule and still no matter how you slice it they Lost last night. A Loss is a Loss!!! I still say they will not win another game this year!!

Who cares about the Restraunts!! Indian- South Pittsburgh is nothing at all like Knox fulton Grider will tell you that himself!! The fact is Sequatchie has played a Weak sister schedule and that will start to show from now till the end of the season. They may not win another game till next August!! Tyner 48-O!!
