Congratulations to Jonathon Ward on winning Mr. Football. Truly one of the best quarterbacks I've seen in a while. I'm looking forward to seeing him play on Saturdays in the future.

Jon Ward will win Mr. Football in 1a. 13000 career yards... 108 tds, 72/76 pat, and a few hundred tackles to boot. He also led his team to 3 undefeated regular seasons. 40-4 is his record as starting qb I think. Who in 1a ball has better stats than that?

Collinwood He plays Quarterback. 6'2 225 4.5 forty. He has something like 13000 career yards of offense... 100 tackles ever year he played.... 5 sacks.. 4 interceptions... 107 touchdowns...74/78 pat...... avgs. 40 somethings yards a punt..... Congratulations to the Collinwood seniors on 3 years of fine football... Yall should hold your head up proud because yall are the best team that Collinwood has had in years. And I hope and pray that I see some of you guys playing on Saturday.. Oh yeah, Ward and Victory a special thanks goes out to you guys because I have seen yall put on some electrifying performances.

First, I would like to say congratulations to CPA on a fine win. I hope those kids drill Ezell-Harding next week. But both teams played a great game. I was really impressed with the CPA defense. They were playing bump and run on Victory and Green and then had 2 safetys to pick them up after that. As far as Ward's playing is considered, I think he had an excellent game. It's hard to make plays happen when you're offensive line gets blowed back 2 or 3 steps off the ball as soon as the snap is off. But anyways, I hope that the Collinwood fans will let their team know how proud of them.... Because we have had 3 years of GREAT football in the big Wood... So, until next time...
