Bradley is ranked #1 in 6A now. Bradley had good players but getting Boo Carter has made them dangerous. This Bradley fan calling out Oakland is crazy.

I have to admit I get a kick out of that Bradley fans posts.

Congratulations to West. They are the better team. Maryville used to be exciting to watch on offense. Now it is like watching paint dry. I don't like the 3 man line.

Alcoa Junior High must not be near as good as usual. I know last year both teams were awesome. Sevier County Junior High team is really good. I thought Alcoa would kill Maryville Junior High

Maryville will be back. Their freshman class is awesome. They have some good young players. It hurts not having Ladue.

Maryville plays hard. Boo Carter has made Bradley a State Title contender.

I think Maryville's best chance is to run it down Bradley's throat and keep Bradleys offense off the field as much as they can. Boo Carter is scary with the ball in his hands. Maryville has a real good Oline,Price Davis and Royal Curtis can run the ball. Wish Ladue was healthy though. Quarterback play is better this season.

After watching Sevier County Junior High destroy Maryville last night teams better beat the Smoky Bears now. Their 8th grade team is loaded.

I worked with a guy who played at Central back in 1990. I can't remember his name. He played Linebacker. He told me they shut Little Man down. He said Lincoln County put them out of the playoffs.

It gets real this week. Boo Carter is electric in the open field. I saw where Bradley had 40 points at halftime on the defending 2A state Champs Tyner. Maryville will have to play well to win this game.

Offensive Line dominated last night. Price Davis and Royal Curtis ran the ball well. Younger backs like Cameron Porter and Will Young ran well. Receivers are much better this year. All 4 Quarterbacks are good. Defense flies to the ball. Great win.

I know people love to make fun of the Heritage Coach because of his antics. In this instance he is telling the truth. Last year Maryville scored on the 1st play of the game and the game was over at halftime. This year the game was 14-0 when Heritage scored with 2 minutes to go in the 1st half to make it 14-7. Maryville returns the kickoff for a touchdown. Holds Heritage then scores right before halftime to make it 28-7. Maryville and Heritage traded touchdowns to make it 35-14. After Heritage scored their 2nd TD Maryville returned another kickoff for a touchdown. After that Heritage imploded. Heritage has a good quarterback and good skill players. They moved the ball well on Maryville. Heritage need to fix their Kick coverage . Haven't heard anything official on Gage Ladue. He is a special running back. 6'1 220lbs,Runs in the 4.5 range and strong as an ox. Benches 375lbs,Squats 600lbs and Clean and Jerk 305 lbs.

Great win by Maryville. I felt bad after the game because of the injury to Gage Ladue.

I think Miami Central beat IMG last year. Miami Central has won a ton of State Titles in Florida. A few years ago St Francis of Baltimore went to Miami Central and beat them 49-7. St Francis had a couple of UT Commits on that team. The starting running back for Michigan was on that team. Teams like IMG,St Francis,Mater Dei and John Bosco are a different animal.

Question for Ravenwood fans? Does Ravenwood still have the large and loud student section? That student section in 2015 helped Ravenwood beat Maryville. Loudest student section I ever seen.

Best athletes are in Memphis. The best Football in Tennessee is the Mid State. Williamson and Rutherford County are really strong. But! The MidState Private is Nationality ranked for a reason. How strong is the Big Privates? Catholic was winning State Titles in 5A. Catholic still has great athletes. They are getting taken to the woodshed a lot in the Big Privates division.

Corbin Junior High has Maryville's number. It seems like Corbin wins a close game vs Maryville Junior High every year.

Maryville vs Alcoa is as big as it gets. I remember 1 year. Can't remember if it was 2006 or 2008. Game was at Maryville. I saw people behind Maryville's side of the stadium. I saw a couple of families who didn't even watch the game. Man,Wife and Kids were eating and laying on a blanket. They just wanted to be there.

Good to see you also. I have a feeling Oak Ridge will go far in the playoffs. Derek Rang has made a difference in Oak Ridge.
