White County girls win the Championship in Panama City. Sophomore Nia Powers named tourney MVP. We beat a team that had won 13 consecutive games.

Nope. Not yet. Today's opponent won the state 2 years ago and i think made it to the semis last season. The coaches daughter went on to play for FSU.

Both the White County teams made it to the Championship game tomorrow in the Panama city beach marlin classic. Girls will go against a team with a 6'5" player. Good luck Warriorettes(and Warriors)!

White County beats Clarkrange 70 to 66. White County led by as many as 20 in the second half, but Clarkrange came back and made a game out of it. White led by double digits most of the game.

Congrats to White Countys Grant Slatten. He is now the all time leading scorer at WCHS. He passed Brent Jolly tonight who had 2167 points. He scored 59 points in a win against Cumberland County tonight.

Hopefully all teams in our District are streaming games. No fans allowed to attend games as of today.

There is an article in the Tennessean on Gracie's record. The previous State record was 14 3's made in a game. Gracie was 15 of 26 from 3 point range last night. She scored 45 points breaking a White County record of 42 points in a single girls game back in 72-73. Congrats on her record setting night.

White County now holds the STATE record with the most made 3's in a girls game(24) AND a boys game with 31. Awesome for White County !!! Gracie had 15 by the 3rd quarter.

I saw that Gibson County team play at MTSU. One of the best I've ever saw.

No. White County played horrible and lost. It may have been 48 to 43, but I'm not positive.

Some teams are out due to covid and some teams added at the minute, but there are still sime good games starting Friday at White County High School. I know Stone Memorial plays Clarkrange Saturday night and White County will also play Clarkrange on Monday. Good luck.

That was 1993. The only reason i remember it quite well is because Coffee County had 3 losses the entire season. All 3 were to my alma mater White County including a 31 point loss to White County in the region Championship. That was Kellie Jollys sophomore season.

White County beats a solid Science Hill(previously 8-1) team 65 to 60 last night. We play again at 1pm today(Saturday).

We started out a bit sluggish last night against Science Hill and led 32 to 29 at the half. However, in the second half we played much better and outscored SH 38 to 13 for the final score of 80 to 42. We play at 10am Saturday(this) morning. Go Warriorettes!

Both White County teams will travel to Johnson City, TN to play in the Roundball Classic this weekend. I believe we both play Science Hill and Dobyns Bennett.
