i agree shelbyville is more than just a basketball town.they have had great baseball and football and basketball teams recently,but one thing is for sure:if they don't pay well, it will be hard to get a good coach to come there no matter what the sport.no coach will take a pay decrease to move unless he is in trouble at the school he is at this time.annie up shelbyville if we want a good or great coach!!

i think brentwood has the best all round field.i am only talking about playing surface.

hooper you are way off by saying frasier has an I in his middle name.i don't know how much you have been around coach frasier and evidently it has been very little.if this was the case would he have not left harpeth last year after going to the state tournament.also have you seen the way harpeths field has improved while he {not I } has been there? shelbyville would be getting a good young coach with a winning reputation in frasier.good luck eagles in your pursuit of a good coach for your program.

i agree if i was coach f i would be looking for another school since the way the lamplighter screwed the chemistry of this team and coaching staff.its a shame you have a cancer that eats a teams heart out.if i remember correctly was there not another cancerous situation in football 3 years ago? this just shows you that the parents of this school try to dominate the coaches in any way when actually they need to be supportive of the coaching staffs.let me also say there are some great harpeth fans who really support all the athletic programs and they should be applauded for doing so.anyway good luck to all the coaches that have left harpeth and the ones who are going to leave.

the word is that some senior players mom cried wolf to the superintendents office about a curse word.he then got suspended for 2 games.i would hate to be that childish if my son or daughter was not playing up to there potential and took it out on the coach!!!

the milan fans got in the middle of the harpeth fans and that is not showing class.the milan fans were very arrogant and never did i hear them congratulate harpeth on a good game and say good luck in the state tournament.all they would say is that jackson south side and covington would beat harpeth.they complained about the officiating and we did not choose the umpires,they were sent from murfreesboro!!! so milan fans learn to be a good loser!!

i can gurantee you collins WILL not be on the mound today!! he will pitch some friday in the sectionals.
