I am certain WH will win if they are the 1 seed. They probably can't beat Upperman or Livingston,but can compete with the others easily. If they get upset in district semis then 7AA sweeps. SC might sneek in too.

The other nite our team was pressing and if the back defending post sees a trap possibility he yells "55" to the on ball defender. When the count was at 3 or 4 he yells 55 and the ref throws a T on him. The ref told the coach he didn' t need his players help counting. Coach says thats a defensive call and the ref says, now get this, I've played and reffed for years and never heard of it. 2 shots and the ball.

Give me your best 10 or so players from 7a-aa

I've seen every team except Clarkrange. Which district is best from first to worst? Which district has the best team overall. This is one area where classification doesn't seem to matter. Next year we need a christmas tourney with just these two districts battling it out for UC bragging rights.

I keep thinking about coaches like Ralph Benson, W.C Johnson, Willie Hudson and Coach Sisco who coached at Centerville years ago. Great Coaches who were firm and strict but never resorted to the tactics noted above. You need to do more research on Willie Hudson Why just coaches and teachers?

There is no way this is really a coach. I can't imagine a high school coach getting on coacht and mentioning a player by name especially if his identity is known. Whether his comments are negative or positive. If it is a coach????? You are in trouble already. Trust me. It may not be fair, but these chickens are coming home to roost.

Whatever noise the Owls will make this year will be later on. Bees should win but 25 is a bold prediction. More like 10-12.

Question: Way is SC no longer 3A? Never had the numbers for 3a, moved up to avoid playing semi-pro teams. was an excellent move at the time and played in a great region. Moved back and never was the same for me, but its either play Fulton/ Catholic/AE in the semis or Alcoa. I mean its a long shot for us either way. The talent levels are vastly different. That being said, its nice to know if Alcoa wants the ring they have to come through here to get it. Welcome back Gary.

Smith County is just to powerful. All their guys bench over 400. They squat about 950 apiece. The backfield is full of 4.3s. Qb is a little better than Joe Montana. They may be the best team ever including the pros. I respect Alcoa and all their hard work,but only one can win. Owls in a romp but will call of the dogs early cause Jimmy likes Gary. OWLS- 48 ALCOA- 0 unless it rains
