  1. Beech can't touch the High-Low offense! Mt. Juliet by 15+!
  2. They are going to retire Pickel's and Hare's jerseys. They were All-State for two consecuative years. If you retire all those numbers...eventually you'll run out of numbers!
  3. It wasn't last nights Cleveland versus Chattanooga Central game was it. The final for that game was 113-30. That is a 8-7 team putting points on the board quickly!
  4. I think that Northwest Whitfield (GA.) is the best Chattanooga Area team! They are 12-1

  7. Craigmont and Harpeth Hall are playing in the White division, which is by far the toughest. Craigmont plays Troy today at 11:30 PST. Harpeth Hall plays Oakland Tech at 1:00 PST; Oakland Tech is ranked #14 in the country and is led by USAToday Super 25 players Alexis Gray-Lawson and Devanei Hampton. They have both signed early with the University of California. Good Luck to both teams and represent Tennessee well! http://www.nationalbasketball.com/brackets...cket-White.html
  8. We'll find out how good Oakland is Saturday when they play Mt. Juliet @ Lebanon!
  9. Harpeth Hall is just a pretty good ball team, hands down!

    mercy rule

The decision should be left in the hands of the coach that is giving the whipping. Changing the rules is really not an option. You would figure that the TSSAA would adopt a shot clock, but that hasn't happened yet. Interesting subject though!
  14. You might want to look into coaching! That is a great assessment! I here the Top Gun program is looking for coaches!
  15. They just want to be ready! You ought to be thankful that your coaches are scouting! Dade County is my pick for the Chattanooga Area! Houts is really fun to watch. She locked down Cait McMahon in the 16 and under Nationals.
  16. Here you go! http://www.jes-soft.com/playbook/plaeagle.html
  17. They play two different positions...Beechboard would have been really nice, but I think the Lady Mocs will be alright without her.
  18. What a deal! What a steal! Belmont has pretty much secured a superstar in the making in the post! I bet alot of other A-Sun Conference coaches are cringing!
  19. Are they playing in any scrimmages or play days this week or weekend?
  20. So is that a prediction..cause that is pretty bold!
  21. AAA Top Ten: 1) Mt. Juliet - Alysha Clark is a machine and if you double down, the guards are going to shoot you down. 2) Greeneville - Coaching, inside presence, outside presence! They have it all! 3) Craigmont - Proved themselves last year by advancing to the AAA finals. Can they make a return? 4) Columbia - Everybody back from a state tournament run! Moore is a defensive stopper. 5) Cleveland - Brett, Radar, Rogers, Burnett have proven themselves in the regular season, can they get past sub-state before their final high school run is over? 6) Wilson Central - They always look good, they will go to state! 7) Jackson North Side - Loaded from top to bottom...they'll battle Craigmont for West Tennessee supermacy 8) Heritage - Can one girl carry a team...Pat Summit thinks so! 9) Powell - Ogan is a load in the middle and that is where all the easy baskets are! 10) Shelbyville - They can be anywhere in this poll with the coaching and comraderie that the program has produced. Only time will tell! All the other AAA teams are #11...anybody can get hot and go somewhere with nothing...just as Coach Moore at Columbia! I think that everybody is chasing Mt. Juliet, Greeneville, and Craigmont! It's going to be a great season! Can't wait for practice to start!
  22. After watching Shelbyville just destroy Columbia in the district and region tournaments last year, I'm going to really say that it is a toss up. The district looks really balanced this year. The region picture looks even better!
