If you can play, the college recruiters will find you. I hear parents complain all the time that Coach so-and-so does not do enough to get my kid a scholarship. If the athlete is good enough to be recruited, I do not know of a coach who would not send film to the schools that request it. Small school, large school does not matter. However, schools that are successful and win consistently or have consistently sent players to college (like Riverdale, D-B, Oak Ridge,etc:) do often get attention before other schools. It is time for high school athletes to realize that they have a better chance of getting scholarship $$ through academics than through athletics.
