As far as everyone saying that Dyersburg has no talented football players you are wrong. Counce has several players playing at the next level. But I do agree that he does not have the type of athletes as say Haywood and Covington put out. Now that would just be plain scary

Your wrong on him being double teamed last year because I have the game film at the house and I also played in the system and know that we used a zone blocking system. Linebackers are not double teamed in the system. He simply just did not make plays. Once again I am not saying that he isn't a good player but he has not done anything in the past against dyersburg. As far as homecoming...well its homecoming and kids will be kids. BA is chalked out,etc etc beacuse he is the big name player for DC... I can promise you that if Andre Flowers was still playing then he would be the one chalked out everywhere and be getting all the attention.

Before you go talking nosie about BA running over dyersburg players and knocking them out you should just wait till he actually does something against Dyersburg. I know he is a good player but during his career he has done nothing against dyersburg and has been nonexistent on offense(he did pick up a few 5 to 6 yard carries against the scout team last yr at the end of the game and was running his mouth) and deffense he hasn't been able to get a hand on Rashad Taylor, Tyler Caldwell, Mitch Eakin and Shane Miles and has just looked silly trying to do so. Also the rest of the team has been the same way the last two years. The rain is really not going to help him or the choctaws because the rain is going to hurt the passing game and that just means they can key on him even more. I am not saying that he is not a good player but you shoud just wait till he actually does something before you talk a lot of noise.

Did this Jared Hunter kid play in the jamboree? I have only seen DC in the jamboree this year and did not see any speed on the field for DC so im guessing he didn't play?

I thought I recongized a few kids that play a lot on varsity playing in the jv against Dyersburg last night.

Friday Night Lights the movie is coming out in October. It is straight from the book and was shot at Periman HS since the movie is about the school in the late 80s.
