  1. <center>Inappropriate41....Richland shut down your "stars" and won the game 12-7 tonight. So how exaxtly is it ignorance if it is confidence and beliving together that something can be done?
  2. The Richland Raiders defeated East Robertson Indians 12 - 7 toinght. Cory Picketts interception (yes he was playing defense) gives Richland the ball with 1:09 left on the clock.
  3. Obviously, no one posting on here than gerry, have been to a Giles County home basketball game
  4. Obviously, no one posting othere than gerry, have been to a Giles County home basketball game
  5. I hate to say it but Alcoa will dominate the game from the coin toss.
  6. This will probably be the greatest playoff game. I watched Loretto play Huntingdon and I've played agianst both Loretto and Cheatham Co., and I belive that Cheatham will win this close game by 1,3,or 7
  7. CPA's legacy will be demolished this week when Mt. Pleasant wins this one by 35
  8. Fairveiw wins this one by 14
  9. I say that Cheatham County beats the Mustangs and move on to the 3rd round.
  10. Waverly tigers... when that pass was thrown i was running to go help down-feild, and like you said I thaught that he intercepted the ball also, and he did but in mid-air Kory Towry ripped it out of his hands then both hit ground...it was a good play by both.
  11. Gerry, if we can not run then we WILL have to pass (thats a gimme anyways) but we have an awesome passing game, it makes me wonder why we dont use it all the time. The passing game was our key for beating Waverly Friday. But if we can run I still think we can pull this one off.
  12. Cheatham County can make it to the final round of season play if they play as well as they are capable of doing so. A real strong, physical, fast team that can go far this year.
  13. Richland should win, we have had a solid week of practice everyday this week. We need to come out of the gate running and get a quick score against Waverly, then play well on defense like we have done for the past 2 weeks and keep them to a three and out and march downfeild agian. If this happens then Richland will have success all night 42-7. However; if the Raiders do not play hard the first plays and the whole came then it might just been a closer margin and even a loss for Richland. But I belive that all of us are capable of doing so.
  14. If Collinwood comes out excited and ready to play then I say Collinwood Wins 21-14
  15. David Gallager(spelling) from cascade ...but look out for that pickett kid 4-2-3 years from now
  16. Good job by Fairveiw to playing hard. We didn't. I still don't understand how we played so hard last week but gave up this week. We had some good momentum after Fairveiw fumbled...but I fumbled there after...any Richland fans reading this, I am truly sorry...but Fairveiw did exactly what they needed to and we did not. And we can compete in the region if we get excited about playing teams...to me it doesnt seem like a region game matters to some of the players.
  17. Go watch the film you would see that the two teams were evenly matched. The only problem that Richland had was "the litlle things" the same "little things" that they worked on Monday (which Giles decided to stay home), Tuesday Wednesday and will work on both Thursday and Friday. Also a very bogus call in the endzone. Kory Towry was in the freakin endzone...and if you watch the tape like i reconmended then you will see both feet are across the line and then hit pause....hes in , he has broken the plane...then hit play, it takes them a little bit for them to strip the ball and cheat us of a touchdown. If it stood as a touchdown I do belive that the momentum could have still been in our favor, and the fianl would have been 14-13 Richland....so just like you say view it before you say anything about it.
  18. Good scrimage guys. Cant wait til thursday. whats the name of collinwoods quarterback? I liked playing with him and the whole team. Both teams showed great tempo and agressiveness.Good luck Teams
  19. I think that on the 28th when the raiders return to the weightroom for the final max. that gabe will be ahead of tyler. And if you want to go pound for pound..... SHEA KIMBROUGH KICKED TYLERS REAR... SHEA HAD A 6.83 SCORE OR "POWER RATING" AS OTHERS CALL IT. TYLER HAD WHAT A 2?
  20. To the answer of your question. Chad Estes went to play for UT Vols and for undiclosed reasons will not be attending the collage anymore.
  21. Ok. This topic is not even about what it was orignated to be about, but anyways. Richland has one of the smallest lines ever. However, from everyone who has taken a look at Richland for the last 10 years will find that they are one if not the best line. A group of dedicated seniors are leading the team into a passing league at the moment of that which they dominated in the first showing between Richland, Collinwood, and Perry county(I belive that there are supossed to be more teams involved). This passing league also leads me to suspect that Richland will move down to 1A next year. Junior quaterback Jamie Lawhorn leads the Raiders into the 2005 season with a new offense. Richland had a chance to show off their new offensive style at the Ardmore Alabama Spring Jamboree in wich they defeted Clements Alabama 30-6. The Raiders have also a new defense that enables players like Keith Brown, Shane Fralix, Shea Kimbrough, and Jack Hagan "run free" and play agressive. Lawhorn and freshman Cory Pikett both are showing good arms and smart reads during the passing league to receivers Jamie Whitworth, Dustin Oretle, Shane Falix, Tyler Ingram, Shea Kimbrough, Cody Taylor, and Kory Towry, who possibly could have the best hands in the state. During the season richland will have on the line : Tyler Farris, Shane Yokely, Bary Young, Jack Hagan, William Davidson, Gabe Rardon, and Josh Young. The backfeild will consist of Taylor, Oretle, Kimbrough, Mitchell and Brown. Receivers are: Whitworth, Fralix, and Ingram with Towry at Tight End. The Raiders also showed their amazing strength at the Region 6-1A Weightlifting Competetion held at Chapel Hill. Richland Claimed 6 out of 8 first place positions. Fralix- 124-132 Lawhorn- 133-148 Kimbrough- 149-165 Davidson- 182-198 Holt- 221-242 Farris- heavyweight. Kimbrough also won the Iorn Man award. This also leads me to suspect a region and class change. Though Richland should shine in 2005, I belive that they will be better when this upcomming years freshmen are juniors or seniors. These freshmen are incredible and have only lost one junior high football game in 2 years. Look for Richland in the 2A playoffs.
  22. oh yea the feild its hard and the grass is the grass that cuts you laike glass
  23. ok ok ok .. some of those are resonably bad but by far the worst is cornersville. the sidelins are maybe 3 yards wide and its right behind the school im mean right behind the 3 step bleachers are connected to the school wall and the visitors stands are not that safe to me..
  24. Shea kimbrough is only 5 4 and 163 pounds but has a 4.58 40 has been out lst three weeks with an ankle injury look for him to have 150 200+ yard game against giles county
