Before you talk about Obion Co's incomeing freshman being the best in 13AA, you might want to look at GC's in comeing freshman.

Hey 7-AA, you do have some great kids playing ball there. My daughter was on a AAU team for the past 3 years, and it was your teams haveing all the great players. Yea I'm from West Tn, just wanted to give your area credit for what you do. Who know's she be a freshman next year, it will give her a little edge as to what to expect from your district.

I with you Hillado, How can anyone GC plays a weak schedule when they don't know nothing about West Tn basketball. I don't see GC fans saying LA or JC play weak teams. The force is in the West this year. Right now it's who what's it, cause all the teams playing are good.

Your are right Devil, Polls are just for selling newspapers, they don't mean thing. Tn was ranked #1 tonite and got beat by UCon. I'm just as proud of West TN teams as you are of Middle TN teams,but in the end it's who is has peaked in March,who brings home the Gold Ball.

I was watching South Foulton play the other night, I know she is not the a freshman class, but Cassie Beedles was doing a great job on the team. She made some great shots and is very quick. Watch for her in the years to come.

I know what you mean. My daughter started playing AAU when she was 11, been to the state 3 times and the nationals twice. Yet her jr team never went any where much. From her 6th grade year she was leading scorer till her 8th also leading steals, and made 3/4th of the rebounds. Finally she gets to play high school ball in the fall of 2004. When girl thats good get to play with other good players it just makes them all better. What is the date for the 14u Nationals ? Is it in TN ?

I know this is early, but have been hearing that for the year 2004-2005 some schools will change classifaction. If it is ,it will make for a different year in the 'Boro in 2005.

I dare say that if you think that the West is not part of TN, then your brain must suffer from lack of 0-2. Trenton had the gold ball last year,then I think there was teams from Bradford,and Gleason. I know this tread was started for the powerhouse in the East and that's OK, but when you have to talk bad about the rest of the state to make your powerhouse look bigger,then you should change the name of your post. Oh, watch out Middle GC and Westview will bet at the 'Boro for years to come.

Sidtrain, which age brackets are in Tn for this year? I was wondering it seems that alot of coachs are starting this already. There are enough great players in Tn to have the #1 team in the nation.
