Karns, Powell, AC, and Central have all beaten Oak Ridge since Coach Green took over. Only Powell has won more than once.

Jeremy Miller played against Kingston when Oak Ridge lost. Milloway was absent vs Kingston & Mo East. Miller missed Stone & Concord. Alcoa was missing 6/5 wing & all state WR Braden Anderson last night. Webb was missing Sr. David Sankey last night. It is a part of this year.

Every game counts against your numbers. You can’t sit seniors vs a varsity team and call it JV. I do think numbers will be ignored this year due to the cancellations.

Maryville’s two 6/4 leading scorers didn’t play. The healthiest & luckiest team is the best team. Knox County just squashed a lot of teams season. Too bad.

Cherokee, Seymour, Northview, Greeneville, Claiborne, Grainger, Halls, South Doyle, Gibbs, Carter, AE, Fulton, AC, Clinton, Lenoir City, Scott. If they stay true to 5 teams in a district, then these teams will make up districts 2, 3, & 4 in AAA.

Every district should have 5 teams with 3 districts with 6 to make 83.

Knoxville districts in AAA have 8 teams each. Single A has 9. Where are the 4 team districts?

1AA-Happy Valley, West Greene, South Greene, Chucky Doak, Johnson Co 2AA-Cumberland Gap, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg Pittman, Union County, Alcoa, Kingston(goes to 2 or 3) 3AA- McMinn Central, Loudon, Sweetwater, Meigs, Tellico 4AA-Brainerd, Tyner, CSAS, Polk County, Marion Co

To me quality games will happen more because you are not limited so much to only district opponents. 3 districts around Knoxville now have 8-9 teams per district. That leaves very little wiggle room for scheduling. I like 5 team districts even with 1-2 dates of long travel. District games on Friday nights alleviates a lot of school night travel issues. Tuesday games for local non district opponents works well statewide.

This is 83 teams. My connection at TSSAA said 329 is what he had. I had 327 for sure. So there is probably two. more small schools we don't have like Compass or Templeton or some other.
