O'Kicker has been a pleasure to watch the last 4 years. We will really miss him next year. I hate to bring this up, but I figured some Halls hater would. When was the last time Halls was completely eliminated from the playoffs? As far back as I can remember ('96), we had a chance depending on the last game or two. But I don't know before then. Now lets win Friday, regroup over the winter and get ready for another big year next year!! Good luck.

WB & Heritage might drill Halls. Heritage might also (on a good day). But Maryville is not going to drop any Blount Co. school to go outside any play anyone. Why would they? Just to prove a point! Who do they have to prove a point to? No one. They are the best 4A team in the state - have been for the past 9 years. Now whether that remains to hold true over the next nine years - only time will tell.

Maryville could not beat Hoover. Why, you ask? Because they could never drop 3 easy wins in the run for the Blount County championship to play someone outside the state of Tennessee.

Where is the guy that spoke so much about the Carter QB in the past? Has he run out of son's that play ball at Carter?

What about Carlton Flatt, head coach at Brentwood Academy? Didn't he play ball in Nashville?

Boy the Devils will win this. Maryville has proved they don't play as well it muddy conditions as we do. LOOK FER THE UPSET SPECIAL OF THE WEEK, MONTH, YEAR, CENTURY!!!!!

We will give Maryville a run for there money. With a little bit of luck, actually a lot of luck, we can win this game. And we will wind up 5-5 at the wrost. And that would be amonumental task with all of the young players we have played with this year.

Daniel Dayton is not overrated. He is the best player on Halls team in all 3 parts of the game. With that being said, that does not mean he is an all-state player, just that he is the best we have to offer. That is not a mark against O'Kicker, er O'Connor. He is the best kicker in the area, missed FG's/xpt or not!
