who are siegels corner's?? cause i know they will have their hands full if they cannot get to sonny in time.. he will pick apart the Stars secondary.. and as for D-dogg just ignore him.. i went to smyrna and know not everyone likes to talk smack and think that smyrna is the best.. i happen to be friends with many people from there who are more realistic and know that they have to play the game before anything happens.. this being said i still think smyrna takes this one in a landslide.. i think smo will have a field day on zeke

i know patrick turner got a touchdown for my boys from USC against arkansas and he played some minutes against oregon.. he was #2 on a list of freshman to watch.. he is gonna be a good ball player.. if you ever watch a USC game Turner is #1

sonny is basically a everything quarterback.. he can stand in the pocket and pick you apart if he has the time with those big receivers.. if he sees a lane he will scramble and pick up big yards.. i think siegel will have a hard time stopping him

seeing both teams play this year i believe smyrna takes this one.. sonny will pass all over the stars but i do believe siegel will score a couple.. smyrna wins on homecoming night

okay first of all riverdale is WAY better than smyrna this year.. i have seen both teams play and i can say this.. while i have friends on both teams riverdale is just way better than smyrna.. why are smyrna fans thinking just cause Wilson Central handled them that they can handle the dale?? honestly if sonny would have been 100 percent then i believe you guys would have won.. tyler is not good and sonny is a great qb.. well i might predict later in the week.. should be a good game though

oh dont worry if they throw that pass down the middle phillip stevenson will make him pay for it.. i believe it was last year in the summer when phillip hit some dude so hard that ran the same play in a scrimmage.. he can bring the hit stick

yeah our team is more balanced than last year.. i believe that scott will show that he is good.. he can scaramble as well.. looks to be a promising game

im not sure 2p but i know he played in a JV game last week.. their trying to teach him everything before he gets varsity action.. if he played last night he didnt catch any passes.. so my guess is that he didnt play.. he cought a TD in that JV game from 55 yards and it said he showed promise.. he is HUGE 6'1" 195lbs

i know that Wilson Central has a good running game but can they pass?? i believe riverdale will stick 8 or 9 in the box to stop that Wing T and dare them to pass against us.. i also believe unlike any other team riverdale will be able to run against Wilson Central.. we just seem to run no matter if it works or not and eventually gaston gets in the groove.. and it also helps that we got big old Tamar running as fast as he does with how BIG he is.. should be a great game.. hope to see you guys on friday.. so you take 840 towards lebanon right?

last time i checked letting up less that 50 yards to an offense is good.. i mean our offense didnt deliever but that is the offense.. last time i checked if a team cant score then they cant win.. so if our defense shuts a team down and our offense only scores once or twice then we will win.. also a W is a W no matter how sloppy or how impressive it is.. just a thought to ponder.. Riverdale shuts down the run.. they did last year and so far this year also.. so since wilson central is a running team dont you think they should be game planning instead of you guys talking crap on here.. so what is gonna happen if riverdale beats or spanks wilson central?? what then?? if they win then i will say they did a good job but you guys will just make excuses.. worry about this week then we'll worry about this next week

okay one thing about smyrna is and i believe this.. as long as rankin is at riverdale they will never lose to smyrna.. just what i think.. their best chance was last year but they didnt do anything.. another thing about smyrna.. as long as shadowens is the head coach they will never make it to state or win state.. i do not care if they had michael vick as their QB.. coach shad is not that good of a coach and personally i think coach mid (freshman coach) would do a lot better with the talent at smyrna.. in the end smyrna always stinks it up against the dale.. and this year its at our place.. look for the warrios to put another romp on.. but that game is 3 weeks away so why dont we talk about who the warrios play this week (dickson co) and who the dawgs are gonna have their hands full with (ravenwood).. and i predict that la vergne will finish 2nd and smyrna 4th.. just a prediction

i believe scott has the talent and arm strength he just needs to work on his percision.. i do believe though that he CAN beat a team if he has to pass the ball.. i know he is no dave but who cares?? i mean he can run the ball and has showed that the last two weeks.. Scott has some wheels on him an dcan scramble.. i mean out offense is more balaced this year than last because scott is a better overral qb than dave was

oh i have no doubt that a win is a win.. after the game i told a player that a W is a W and you're still 5-0.. just have a good week in practice and get ready for next week.. did that stop him from being upset about his (and the teams) performance not at all.. i know they will bounce back and have a great week this week.. im undecided if ill attend the wilson central game yet.. but ill probably end up going to see the great game.. but we got dickson co this week so we have to concentrate on that.. go warriors

i agree i think the coaches have to do something about the penalties. in the past two games we have had 25 penalties for 214 yards.. when we play a good team that is not going to help.. i believe rankin will get them up to play this week and we'll play a good football game on friday.. and i cant wait for sept 30 either.. im not sure if im going yet but if i do i know it will be exciting

i learned 4 things from tonights game.. you guys can believe them or not 1) Scott Thomas is not as good as i thought.. whether he had a bad game or he isnt that good he looked pretty aweful tonight.. he needs to work on his passing game.. he has some pretty good runs but he has to remember that he is not dave and that is a pocket QB 2) La Vergne is for real this year.. for a matter of fact all region 4 is for real.. i mean wilson central put a beat down on oakland and smyrna played a great game.. i believe the game between la vergne and wilson central will decide second place.. i just wish it was like a round robin state trny so we could play eachother in later rounds 3) riverdale is not overrated.. i still believe that they are the top team in tn but i believe they need to limit the mistakes and especially the PENALTIES.. i mean i think rankin should run the mess out of them this week.. they have to realize not to over look people and not to make stupid mistakes.. but i believe if they limit mistakes and play a game without 100 yards in penalties then they will dominate and last but certainly not least 4) Most Riverdale fans are IDIOTS.. i mean seriously.. they think everytime the refs throw a penalty flag its because they want riverdale to lose and riverdale does nothing wrong.. i mean come on we just need to quit making stupid mistakes.. the play that sticks out in my mind is that riverdale stopped la vergne on third down but there was a penalty flag.. riverdale got flagged for illegal participation.. well the fans started booing not knowing anything and im pretty sure i counted and we had 12 people on the field.. i mean come on your idiots learn the rules before you jump on the band wagon.. just a few thoughts.. agree or disagree if you want.. but i still believe warrios all the way to the blue cross bowl

the three best in rutherford co are: Smotherman from Smyrna (vandy commit) Miller from Riverdale (vandy commit) Butler from Riverdale all three could easily play at UT.. i think its funny that vandy is getting better in state recruits than UT is
