All you guys do is run the program down, not the coach. You think you get on here are are doing good, please. You can't win because your kids go home and have to listen to this crap. Here is a idea, support you program!! You three have done nothing on here but talk bad about the coaches. You don't want that program to be successful, you guys have personal vendettas. Really sad.

You are a complete moron!! What you need to do is find a new job because you sucked at yours! He went to the doctors three separate times during the season and no one could find nothing wrong with his knee. Get your facts straight. Unfortunate what happened to the young man, but to get on here and use him like some kind of pawn is as low as it gets, and I thought the comment you made about Glover telling the sophomores to vote for a ugly girl was stupid, nope that is still stupid! Do everyone a favor and shut up.

I stated previously that an assistant being AD would be weird! And apparently I may have been right. Some might disagree with me, but having an athletic director as an assistant coach is like oil and water to me. The head coach is the one that makes the calls with in that program, and having an assistant who takes the duties assigned by the head coach and the AD who tells the head coach how things need to be done is what you say, not a very good situation. How can a head coach come in and establish anything when the man that hired you and could possibly fire you be your assistant on the staff. Huh????

I guess that answers the question!!

The game will be settled on the field, not on some message board. If I hadn't beat some one in at least four years, I wouldn't be telling anyone this was the year. Both team have good coaches and have improved over the years. It will be a great contest, and there will some hits passed on both sides of the ball! Even though I will not be in attendance, G.A.T.A. is my motto!!

Haven't heard much buzz about the football program. Has the long time assistant been named? Or is someone else a possibility?

Just wanting to know when fall football practice started. I was told July 31st. I just saw McNairy Central in helmets and shoulder pads, it's the 26th of July. Their first game isn't till August 31st, and they do not play a week zero game. Are they breaking the rules or am I mistaken about them. Should schools that practice early be punished by the TSSAA. What is the punishment if any. Please someone let me know. Thanks.

Who has the best defense in the region?

As I travel to Knoxville this weekend I like to see some of the state high school games. Myself and Lee also like to read up on some of history between schools. This Friday night West Tennessee is going to have a classic show down of the, so far, top teams in West Tennessee. As I read this message board it seems like some of those folks at Crockett have forgotten the past. It has been stated in papers that no team have ever gained 400 yards of offense on Crockett's defense. That no team has held Crockett under a 100 yards of offense. All of that is a lie!! McNairy Central has did that time after time. Grant it that Crockett has had some good teams the past three years. But before that where was Crockett. Both coaches are great men and leaders of there respectful clubs, but Crockett has got the best coach.....in Alamo, McNairy has the best in West Tennessee, and the numbers do not lie. Friday night Crockett will not be able to re-live the past three years. Let the firework begin!! Lee take the Bobcat mascots head off they can't see you. McNairy Central went to Milan and looked really good. Defeated Milan 14 - 13 in a nearly two and a half hour scrimage game. Milan jumped out in front early looked like it was going to be a route. Then all of a sudden McNairy's defense showed up and then the offense started going up and down the field. They will be young, but very well could be very strong.

First of all the safety of the players are number one. From the way some of these replys are going, it sounds like a, "my state is better than yours". For one that knows what it is like to be on a field of play and have people come out of no where and grab you is a scary experience to go through. You don't know if they are going to shake your hand or punch your lights out, you just never know. There should be no fans on any field of play in my opinion. I mean don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the fans, and the excitment that they bring to the game, but there is a reason that they have stands and walls/ fence around that field....for the protection of the players, coaches, and students.
