I PLAYED on those 1999 and 2000 teams. Comeon. We had TJ, we had Hayes. We had Neal, Duncan, me and Hollowell. Kennon. So what if Moss was a puss, he shoulda stayed in Henry Co. anyways. We had both of the Leonards. We had TEAMS in 1999 and 2000. If he had Ward, or any DECENT coach, we woulda rolled those 2 seasons. I mean, in 2000 we actually had a legit shot at 2nd in the region. We played a much better McKenzie team close the whole game. Hayes broke his leg in the 3rd quarter and that was our season. We went 6-4 with absolutely ZERO coaching. Only bright spot we had was MCDowell. And he's still there, rocking and rolling. Man, what could have been......

Obviously, you haven't seen a Camden game!
-
PCGod, get over it man! PC will lose this game! But, I'll give you this: Adamsville will have to come to play. Adamsville 48 PC 28
-
The down only counts if it was after the touchdown. But since I was at the game, I know that it happened after the play. Shoulda stood, but screw it, we got a TD anyways!

Can Camden keep the roll, or will Dresden put them away? 8-1 or 7-2?
-
Poor ol' CBarkley. I'll miss that guy. And his commentary. And his stunning personality. And his complete lack of sarcasm. Drip, drip, drip, drip.
-
I agree. Both very young and talented, with good programs coming up in Jr. High.
-
The Westview charge just keeps on rollin'. 48-28

By the way, off the subject, how bout those Waverly Tigers?
-
Well, probably whoever from the west comes out of the cloud of dust will emerge state champs... I'd say Huntingdon, Camden, Milan, or Westview. These teams are from probably the 2 strongest regions in the state. Alcoa and Lipscomb are really the only ELITE teams from the middle and the east, but with their lack of competition over there (in comparison to what the West team's schedules look like) I just don't think they have the PHYSICAL prowess to keep up with these four teams. I think that whoever wins the RD. 3 matchup between Camden and Huntingdon (if they can both make it there) will most likely go on to win the state. Camden's defense tightens up, they are in. Huntingdon stops making mistakes, and Donald gets more carries, boom, they are in. But we can't count out Milan or Westview. Looks like a real tough road this year for ANY team in the West, but whoever makes it, wins it.

Mr. Tigers has made an ###### of himself enough times putting down another team. Don't start nothin', won't be nothin'. thumb

Actually, aren't you cellar dwellers this year? Already talking about next year HAHAHAHAHAHA! Man, after all your posts now you know, mr. tigers, you guys are the bottom of the 5AA barrel. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. And I can tell you go to Waverly. You can't spell previous. HAHAHHA!

I thought CBarkley was a Cheatham fan?

Won't happen, I'll see you there. I'll be on the Camden side about 4 or 5 rows from the top by the band watching Camden OWN Adamsville, just like the rest of the poor souls left on their regular season schedule, INCLUDING DRESDEN. This team far outplays last years team. And will outplay Adamsville. It might look good through the first half but after that, it over. Fast. Camden 33 Adamsville 14

People, I'm telling you, watch out fo Huntingdon, Milan, Camden or Westview! Thats it! These are the 4 west teams that are fighting for the gold ball!
-
west : Camden vs. Milan for the title game east : i have no idea

Adamsville@Camden? Riverside@Huntingdon

Well, you are right, IF Camden can tighten up their defense. Cuz, they are gonna score. Camden's puttin points up! Now, if only the defense could step up about 3 more notches and get a few more stops a game, they will be TRUE contenders! For those of you who haven't seen them, they WILL HIT YOU. IT WILL HURT. They play physical and dominating football. If they convert inside the 15 twice in week 6, they are 7-0. These guys have a good shot at the semi's, and a LONGSHOT for the title game. With all the tough teams in the west, it's really a toss up! Milan is the strangest team this year. Rollercoaster ride it seems. They drop one to Trenton, and BAM knock out the defending state champs. Just punched them in the nose. Now they gotta beat Dresden to show some consistency. I give this team a third round loss. Huntingdon. Another inconsitent team. But, don't ever count them out. Just ask David Lipscomb. Probably the most overratted team at times, other times the most underrated. I don't care what anyone says, Huntingdon has a shot to win every Friday night that they play, no matter what HS team they play. These boys come out to win every night, but they make too many mistakes, at times. I give this team third round. Then again this is Huntingdon, they might win it all! Westview is probably the only team I have seen out of the ones I have mentioned that did not impress me when I saw them. Then again, I saw them week 2, and much has happened since then. With the recent emergence of Markei Guy, these guys have a shot at taking their region this year, and even maybe going to the semi's. I don't believe Milan has the guns WV has, but should be an interesting post season for all four of these teams. I beleive the West has the title game locked down this year though. With so many TOUGH teams all packed into such a small area, the West is accostumed to extremely strong competition most every week. The best in the state, throw Carver, Huntingdon, Milan, Camden, and Westview into a battle and let the one that comes out alive be the best, and the rest line right up behind them. After that, Alcoa, Cheatham, I still say Rockwood, Fairview, and maybe even Lipscomb. But, we'll all find out who the best are in November, now won't we?

Camden has quite a good freshman team. they have only lost one, a thriller to Trenton's JV. They dropped 2 TD passes in the last 10 seconds of the game, and just couldn't punch it in when inside the five yard line TWICE! Watch out fot these kids as Seniors, they are good and still have a ways to go. I think Spencer Berry, the freshman QB, Threw for 200 yards and 2 TD's in that game..... Not sure about those stats, but they are close! Danny Plant also had 1 TD catch and about 70 yards receiving.

I hope JCS wins big after I read the PC vs. WC Board and saw all the smack that PC fans were talkin! GO JCS!
-
After the spankin' Camden dropped on them, I say Dyer loses again!

Good to see you Rietz fan! I am actually about to marry a Reitz graduate Class of 2000! Did you ever know a guy named Gary Leach?

I will take McKenzie in this one. The win last week I think got them back on track.
