Hey Lion fans clear your calendars for Thursday nite!...there is a pep-rally to follow the Pot-Luck supper in the gym(????) .....lets all bring someone with us and really show up in full force for our team....lasts weeks rally was great but lets make this one even BETTER...lets have a preview of the crowd that will be there Friday nite...you'd be surprised how much a big turn out means to these boys....and lets not forget the great food!

We are not really worried about those two...check any board on here and they are spreading their crap there too...but I do agree I think that the game should be played out on the field and we'll let the players do the talking for us....Good Luck Lions....pull this one out and we'll visit the neighbors next week!

They are in for a lot of surprises this week aren't they....Yoder had more yards than Josh last week...and Josh didn't even have to touch the ball much because Camden's other guns came into play...I truly hope Fairview keys on Josh all nite...don't worry..he's used to it....then its time for the Byron, Yoder, Markham and Guajardo show...Please Fairview focus on Josh all nite...he's tough he can take it!

We miss Jammy alot...he was a great coach and has a terrific family.

I do know of one player from Camden that's been getting pretty regular calls from Martin this year...but like some have said....kids decide to go somewhere else because Martin doesn't necessarily support their programs like some others do.

In the one film I've seen he runs more upright and over...he does makes some good cuts...more impressive between the tackles than on the outside...instead of making you miss he just runs through defenders...is that an accurate assessment?..as I said the one film I saw was Lewis co so it may not be representative..he reminds me a lot of Dresden's Hewitt who has some speed and is more explosive than Martin but just seems to have a power back style instead of the more elusive scat style.

Ask your boy Martin who they are after Friday...they'll be well aquainted by then

Yes as a matter of fact I have seen Fairview on film against Lewis co...and I stand by my assessment of Martin....Adamsville is not the team you should use as a measure of what your success will be against Camden...its like comparing apples and oranges....

I guarantee that Camden has seen better rushing teams than Fairview...and we've also played against something they really haven't (with the exception of Hillwood) and that's speed...and Camden has been successful against speed....but I'm not sure Fairview can say the same....and Martin runs alot like Dresden's Hewitt...a power runner...and Camden was successful in shutting him down....sooo this really makes things interesting now doesn't it?

Oh ya BTW catfish...weren't you the one that proclaimed LC's Hatton as a "premiere" back and Lewis co as the "best defense Camden has seen all year"...hmmm here you go again writing checks your team can't cash....let me remind you of the stats...35-0....and 89 yrds total rushing...pretty soon your predictions are gonna come back and bite ya... and I know of a team that has the teeth to do it

Fairview has the size advantage over Camden but what Camden lacks in size they more than make up for in speed and they are strong...ask Lewis co and they had the size advantage...Camden dominated them all night...Camden and Fairview both have an excellent linebacking crew so it could truly come down to the passing...I know Camden has Markham's arm and maturity....what does Fairview have?...don't know much about their passing game...and if the field is in bad shape because of the rain that is predicted....passing will win this one. The Boyd/Martin factor may not even come into play....
