Is it true some kids didn’t even show up for practices last year when SC was Coach for OR? One of the kids basically said that on one of the Coaches shows earlier in the year. So yeah, if that’s true discipline definitely seemed to be an issue. Just curious if anyone else caught that.

Kids can go wherever they please in that county, it seems, and no one bats an eye. Just the nature of the beast anymore.

So there was a shot clock @ the Bahamas tournament?

They had a huge advantage up front, no doubt. That OL is massive, son. BC had normal sized guys on their D-line. Having them massive guys leaning on you all night will wear on a fella.

Made the hour drive to watch this game. Was really impressed with both teams, but as one poster said above, that massive Oakland OL was the difference. Oakland’s speed on defense is really impressive. The size of their OL and the speed on defense really stuck out to me.

I was just about to ask you if you gave out autographs or not. I will most certainly feel irrelevant as he$& in your presence, but I’ll be sure to have a paper towel handy, or better yet just autograph my forehead.

He played for OR last year, not this season. He quit Clinton’s football team about halfway through the season this past season, from my understanding. Now he’s back at OR according to Nole. He started on the OR OL last year as a Sophomore.

Hundley made a fairly decent impact. I wouldn’t say he’s an OR kid, though, because he’s not, but he was obviously at OR at one time. Became a decent player, not great by any means. I honestly can only think of about 3 kids from Clinton ever coming to OR and playing. Isaac Chapman, an offensive lineman was one of them 10 or so years ago.

They’ve let things get completely out of hand obviously.

Honestly I think it’s just gotten to the point where they just let it slide. It has become so rampant, you’d pretty much have to hire a small army to investigate all the corruption that’s going on right now in the high school ranks in this state. They just don’t have the time nor manpower to do that. Just my opinion.
