Well we have been hearing rumors about this for awhile. I was hoping it wasn't true. OC is a great coach and I hope the best for him and his family. GC is a very talented team and has a great coaching staff. GC will continue to roll through the competition with or without OC and bring home their second gold ball. Giles wins this game with ease. GC has too many weapons on offense and defense is awfully stingy, not giving many yards much less points. Good luck to both teams.

Riverdale and Siegal are the teams to beat this year. Replay this game and it could go either way.

It appears to be some issues at my beloved alma mater. I believe it starts with the coaching staff. I don't believe they are coaching to lose but they don't appear to be making adjustment during the game. You need to be willing to make adjustments. If it isn't working then try something different. You cannot run the ball against 9 men in the box. You dont try and throw the ball down field everytime. You need to throw slants and high percentage passes. This will move the ball and build confidence in your young QB. I believe the new city school has hurt our team also. I believe it will be a short term problem but it has definitely had an impact this year. I believe you're right. We have been spoiled. We had a long run and established ourselves as a powerhouse. We expect to win and win often. I believe we will get there once again. It will take some time and hard work but we will return to the glory days. I will continue to buy my season tickets and support these young men. GO FALCONS!!!!!

What has happened to LC? Alot. We now have 3 high schools. In bigger cities this isnt a big deal, but in a small town, it hurts. It hurts all the programs. LC will claw its way back. It will take time and effort. GO FALCONS!!!

We have never, nor will we ever shy away from playing Rutherford county teams. We have great rivalries with most of them. We have played Riverdale and Oakland the most over the years. Well we will take the win. As far as people talking, I think both sides kept it quiet and it was a good game. Giles is still looking for its first win against the Falcons. Coach Thomas got his first win against the bobcats. This has always been a good border rivalry and always will be. Great game last night. Congratulations to Coach Thomas and his staff. Good game plan and very balanced attack. The Falcons looked very confident from the start. The offense moved the ball very well and the defense made adjustments and held the bobcats when it counted. The Falcons appeared to want this one more than the bobcats. Both teams were well coached and it was good to see the guys open with a win. Good luck to the bobcats the rest of the season. GO FALCONS!!!!!

If you are referring to Bo, he said he wasn't getting any snaps except on the scouting team. He transferred to East Miss. he hopes of getting more quality snaps and maybe even the starting job.

You forgot to mention hot summer practices, two a days and the no heart factor. I wouldn't get to excited just yet.

I wouldn't doubt these players we mentioned playing in the NFL one day.

I'tavius Mathers from Blackman runs sub 4.4 forty. 4.35 or 4.36 I believe. Young man will be a senior this coming year and frontrunner for Mr. Football 2011.
