Me too. Me too. And look at the substitutions. Look at the players who play both ways. Unfortunately depth has always been a Webb issue. I've been fond to say give me your best 11 against our best 11 and let's play 48 minutes. Webb wins more often than not. But I'm wildly bias....

McCallie is a fine team. And so are we. Should be a heckuva game. But we lose...regardless? That's stupid.

I see an interesting discourse about to begin. But let's not take anything away from the Lynx. Bottom line is this – – Webb needs to be prepared to win football games come what may. I have full confidence that they will not make any excuses and do everything they can to make it happen in 2017.

Interesting thought. I do see the dual threat our quarterback brings to the table but I expect the Wing T to remain our core offensive attack for the foreseeable future. Hopefully we will have some success with it. I guess we will see.

To paraphrase the CA, the game was a wrestling match not the track match everyone expected. The overall stinginess of the respective defenses was- for the most part- unexpected. Compared to the scores I see know coming from Cookeville, the first game may very well be the best one all weekend. 2-0 for three quarters? Seriously? Hats off to the Lynx. A rematch is in order! 😆

My Memphis intel tells me that the GreenGuys are in for another fight. Other than Elijah Howard, I am not aware of any D** commitments. But we are well coached and hopefully the boys are disciplined and ready to put in a 48 minute fight.

A classical post season game is yet again. This time the Spartans travel to Collierville. Thoughts?

Harding Academy was a real, real football team. Austin ran for I would guess close to 200 yards last night and the line just kept hitting. Although I am glad we won I would not have been been surprised if I were sitting here writing about just the opposite. HA is a great team.
