CCS doesn't beat FRA (boys or girls) without a lot of help from the refs. CCS was very lucky to have such an important game handed to them.

I agree, I think NCS thought they were just that much better than FRA, although I don't know why they would be so sure when they have not come close to beating FRA in a looong time

It is kinda like that, but not quite the same since the faster you get, the harder it is to improve your time even a little in a race as short as the 100m. And I'm sure it's possible the stop watch said 10.01, but if it did it was horribly wrong, cause even if he was close enough for human error to give him that good of a time, then why didn't he do it in any other races where there was FAT or a more accurate watch on him?

Well then what happened to him junior and senior year, or freshmen year for that matter? Which college did he run for? Has he even ran more than that one race? I'm sorry that you've been so grossly misinformed, because 10.01 is for world-class sprinters, not sophomores in high school.

Also, questioning the priority of the sports that FRA wins a championship in is pointless, because CPA also competes for those sports. CPA won a title in soccer in 99, but hasn't come too close recently. They have won 2 football titles and have a great program, although the success might be down some next year with the two coaches that left. The point is, regardless of how major a sport is, every championship for FRA is one more that CPA didn't win. And yes, track and field is a measure of pure athletic ability.

No one has been saying how good FRA is. From the first round of the region tournament till now, they have been expected to lose, but they haven't (except region championship, but they still advanced). FRA does not care one bit what you think. No one does. It is not their job to impress you. It is their job to beat their opponent. They did their job against Summertown. Don't be so bitter about it.

They would have beat FRA so bad huh? Would that really have been the outcome? Man, good thing we have you to make excuses for what almost was but didn't happen and doesn't matter. It's great how you can dismiss one aspect of the game so quickly and then claim the entire outcome would have been reversed based on something as general as "wouldnt of paniced and shot up all those 3's"

Sikes had a decent throw-down, but it was very basic and far from incredible. FRA just got beat by a better team. Atleast the horrible reffing went both ways for the most part.

How long has Smith been the head coach at EH?

While I think that Coach Tucker is a great coach, I also think that even if he were to take the head position they would still need another coach, as the staff seems relatively small in numbers anyway. Plus, I think a new coach will just give the program a shot in the arm and be able to get it going. Who is Coach Smith that has children at FRA?

Out of those, Aydelott is the only person that I have heard of, and I agree that it doesn't seem likely. What does anyone know about all these candidates mentioned, and how do you think they will do with the FRA program?

Yes, 9 state championships is all 70% of championships in the past 30 years.

She was provoked early on, but not nearly enough for someone to turn their back to the action and taunt the stands. It later got to the point where FRA fans would only yell "Hey number 7" for her to get all riled up again. Pretty pathetic. And yes, she did take a swing at an FRA player. I do not know about the goalie incident so I will not comment on it. And after the district game they continued to flick off the FRA students without any provocation. She definately let a little bit of heckling get the best of her and she lost all of her composure.

That's different than a player on the team turning her back to the ball in play to walk over to the FRA stands to cuss and flick off the fans at the District Finals. She also took a swing at an FRA girl as she was getting up off the ground. It sends a great message about the DCA program.

Who does DCA lose for next year? I know FRA will still have loads of talent and lots of younger players who will continue to improve and will still be a great team, but what does DCA have without Dunlap and the rest of this years seniors?

Oh, well I'm sorry that the whole entire team was so distraught over one player's vehicle being stolen a week earlier. But I was at the game, and the ref's let a lot go both ways, so it was not just bad refs that gave the game away. The game was already over by the time Cam missed the wide open layup, so that was also not a factor. And the fact that you think NCS was better than an FRA team that was "decent" shows your arrogance and ignorance, but I wouldn't expect any more from NCS people.

Again, anyone who is a fan of NCS is in no position at all to insult the intelligence of someone of another school, especially one like FRA.

I'm glad someone from NCS is brave enough to call anyone else stupid. I'm also glad that because FRA had a bad game that their victory against NCS doesn't exist. Did NCS go undefeated last year? Were they even close? Until they are, maybe some of their fans should stop talking like it and realize that they WILL lose to FRA this year, because they are not the Dream Team you ignorant people would like to believe they are.
