After looking over the schedules I think The only way we lose this one is if we beat ourself.We have to take care of the football and no stupid penalties at crucial times

How dare you suggest anything that would makes sense like this. TSSAA doesn't do very much that does make sense but yes it would make sense to put all 8 teams in a single 8 team double elimination bracket. It would make for more pitching for teams that fall into losers bracket early but it would help cut out one pitch wonder teams also. Know that the champ has to beat some team twice but it would help insure that the 2 best teams could be there at the end and 1 not going home because they got put into the same top or bottom bracket

Collinwood goes down 8-5 to Cornersville Hate to see it end that way for them. Cant help but wander what if they had Butler but still a good year

Does anyone know how the district tournament will go since Clifton is not going to play? Will the #1 seed be the only team to get a bye or will 1,2 and 3 seeds get a bye ? Not sure how it will go but thinking just the #1 seed.

MT Pleasant should be in the mix. Not sure about some of the others but if cascade and a'ville are there then MTP should be

If both teams play their best game loretto wins. Cwood defense seems to be their achilles heel and Loretto has a couple of guys who can give a defense lots of trouble.

If WC continues making adjustments and changes we can be on a roll for the rest of season. Some of the new guys starting to get it and we are looking better.

Agree. lots of young guys gona have to dig deep Friday night. What happens Friday night could determine alot about the rest of this season

See your point but sometimes 4 or 5 pitcher gives some teams more trouble.

We got the same record. One of our best pitchers cant pitch this year or we would have good shot at making some noise this year but still doing pretty good. Good bunch of kids and lots of fun to watch. looking forward to rest of season

As a father of three sons this hits close to home. Cant imagine what the family is going through. Sad to lose a great athlete but more so to lose a young life. Prayers and thoughts go out to family,school,friends and community. May GOD be with you all and know your friends from Wayne Co are with you!
