What game will broadcast on MYTV 30 in Middle Tennessee tonight?? Deciding whether I want to stay home and watch a game or go to a game.

Well I have been wrong about Community all year. I didn't realize how down this region really was this year.

Really??? Why not just the best fit for the job?? Black, white, Asian. I would be calling Hopkinsville, Kentucky and getting Lopez the former DC at Hillsboro a call. The guy can coach and players love him. He has worked under a hall of fame coach for the last decade. He may not want to leave KY but if they want to beat Pearl, he is a guy that can do it. Being an alum of Hillsboro, I was very impressed with what he and Clayton did for the Burros.

Community is not on the same level of Pearl and East. If they wanted to be a serious contender they wouldn't have played the cupcake schedule they did. I have seen them twice already this year. My bold prediction is that they lose Saturday night.

Also he had a great career at UTC. It should help rejuvenate the program. Seems like the HC was put in place so his assistants could run the program.

This is shaping up to be a really solid Region Tournament especially since Creek Wood was upset in 11aa. It means the Community/Nolensville loser will have their hands full Saturday Night. Does anyone know anything about Stewart Co.? I have believed all season Community is ripe for an upset in the region tourney.

The team has talent. Same reason with KJ there we couldn't make a run to the glass house. He just rolls put the ball and expects to win on talent alone. Would love to see what Central Magnets coach could do with our boys??

Well we now know the other teams from district 11-aa for purposes of the region. The pairings could be interesting since the #1 seed Creek Wood lost to Fairview in the semis. 1. Fairview 2. Hickman Co. 3. Creek Wood 4. Stewart Co. From a friend of mine in 11aa, he said this is the most balance the district has been in sometime. He thinks Stewart can give Community some problems. Region tournament should be exciting. Too bad Marshall Co. underperformed again.

No problem. It would seem Coach Palmer reached out to Kreager. I don't blame him for publishing the story. In instances like this the school will more than likely give a general statement not addressing any specifics.

Except I got all that information from the Tennessean article where he gave an interview to Kreager. So don't lecture me on the right thing to do.

Yes. This Community team reminds me of the Fairview team last year that was upset by Central Magnet in the 1st round of region. Anything can happen in a given game.

They have hired the most prominent attorney in these matters against the NCAA and he will be eligible. It is the same attorney that got Justin Fields eligible at Ohio State this season.

Maybe that TD will wake them up but from what I have seen Maryville is playing the type of football that you need to win a state championship. Ravenwood has to clean up penalties and turnovers

Ravenwood wins 28-24. Should be the best game of the weekend. Two great schools, two great HCs and staffs, two great communities and two teams full of players who play the game the right way. Should be a fun evening in Cookeville.
