He was a legit threat out of the backfield when he was in middle school. Had to sit out last season due injuries I think. He is an athlete that's for sure. Super sophomore if you will. I heard Nolan Pritchett the stud junior linebacker for Westview was out for the season and that's unfortunate. He's a baller and even was used out of the backfield and at tight end some at the end of last season. Huge loss for the Chargers there.

I'm hoping Westview can pull this one out but I'm afraid not much of an inside presence may be the downfall of this team this season. Angelina Barr was huge for these girls in that regard last season and not having Sophmore big Alexis Evans is a huge bummer but these ladies are resilient so we shall see. Go Chargers!!

Want some cheese with that? Summertown showed lots of fight and heart to keep this game remotely close. Chargers aren't defending Champs for nothing. At full roster, Summertown still falls in this one.

As a Westview fan, I can tell you Coach Miller and his team are the real deal. They held Westview to 16 pts in their playoff game last season when everyone else gave up 40-60 as Ty Simpson and the talented Westview skill players had thier way usually. He is also a class act as a coach and he will have his boys ready no doubt. With that said, I think the Championship in 1A was decided last night in the McKenzie vs Fayetville game. I think McKenzie wins and goes on to take the gold ball. Im rooting for our neighbors to win this one and represent our area well. Go Rebels!!

I'm just calling it like I see it. It was Ross or nothing as far as having a passing game. Quincy gave WV the best chance of winning by taking snaps and that's sad. It's gonna be worse next season when WV goes to 3a with what they are losing this season. 2 senior heavy classes back to back and not very good qb options to speak of going forward isn't ideal. No disrespect to Miles Vincent but WV probably won't be a threat again till Graham Simspon and his crew is in high school.

They wouldn't have lost last night with an actual qb in the game. Westviews chances were broken when Ross broke his collarbone last week. You clearly don't have a clue what your talking about. The Chargers ended up going undeafted and winning the region with a "pettered" out team.

Westview still almost beat UC despite missing 4 key starters and held UC to thier lowest point total and yards all season. You can get the taste out of your mouth if you think the Chargers lucked into a near running clock against you guys earlier in the season

I'm sure he was exaggerating a little but UC did have many chop blocks. Only 2 were called tho. That didn't change the outcome of the game imo. UC played better in every facet of that game. Unfortunate for Westview that Ross was out because UC doesn't win that game with any semblance of a passing game for Westview

I'm an Obion County alum but live in Martin and have a kid on Westviews basketball team. Also own property in UC and work in Obion County. I really wanna pull for UC here but fans like yourself make that really difficult. All that is irrelevant anyways because I beleive Huntingdon wins this game in greater fashion than they won in UC.

Well they were legit holding calls on them big plays also. Most of them were by 1 kid if I'm by mistaken. This was corroborated by a UC parent of another O-linemen. They weren't mad at the officials over them particular calls because they were so blatant.

Westview fan here. I think UC wins this game and avenges last years butt whooping. Westview Defense is so-so as is the offense. The biggest flaw to me for Westview is not really changing the offensive scheme to match the QB, Ross. The Chargers still attempt to run an offense Ty Simpson mastered without the horses to run it consistently, imo. Quincy Hamilton and Omarion Harris will have to show out in order to for the View to have a shot. With that being said, I dont think there is a running clock here. I think UC starters play the entirety of the game or near it anyways. Go Chargers!
