I think our opinion of you guy’s Mr Football candidate was about the same, tonight. Your QB was “The Man” tonight. Dude was a baller. Killed us on the read option. That’s a dang good football team. Speed and size everywhere, and no doubt the most sound tackling team I’ve seen. They are also coached very well. You can tell.

That was the worst crew, ever. Both ways. They were just bad all around.

How cool is it to get to see two of three 3A Mr Football finalists in this game? Congrats to those young men and their teammates who helped get them there. Definitely worth the $8 admission price!

You aren’t kidding on the field. It’s taken a beating the last two weeks. The creeks and rivers are out of their banks now, and more rain today and tomorrow. Thurs and Friday look clear and cool. Maybe it’ll dry up some those two days.

An absolute classic from the Wise One! That fella drove me nuts at first, but gained my full respect after following his posts and opinions for a little while. I don’t know what Big Purple’s post hints at, but I pray the Wise One is well.

Fairview has never gotten over the hump against Giles, I don’t think. Maybe this can be the year? The series always produced good football games. I still believe competing with Giles those few years helped in elevating our program. Like Swarm says...Iron sharpens Iron. I think we counted 23 fans on the Stratford side last night. It’ll be an awesome atmosphere in Fairview with the Bobcat Nation making the haul to fill those bleachers. To say I’m jacked about this game would be an understatement.

There will finally be some chatter going on. Great program and great fans down in Giles County. Glad to have them back in Fairview for some Friday Night Lights. I’d still like to see this game scheduled every year. For now though, it’s playoff football!

That may be one of the best 3-7 football teams I’ve ever seen. They definitely brought it tonight.

He really didn’t get overworked in games as far as touches. He missed the first game and sat the 2nd half during four running clocks. His stats could easily be way more blown up. The best part though....he’s a great kid and student off the field.

Best of luck and much respect to both programs from us Fairview folk. I like the Tigers here. Lots of athletes who play well together and there coaches adapt in game very well. The Tigers will make a run.

The Fairview/Cheatham game was one of those cardiac moments for Jacket fans last year. This matchup seams to always produce a hard fought battle. Cheatham will bring it in this one. There is no doubt about it. I look for the Jackets to get a good solid week of work in and be ready for this one.

All true, and still just a one point football game on into the 4th quarter. That’s a pretty dang good 6A football team. I thought Fairview played them a heck of a game.
