Has macon named a coach yet? Should be a good job with those young girls coming up.

I'm hearing renard will be the coach. I hope it's true. It's good to have someone who knows the tradition to take the helm.

I would be surprised if those are actually the top 5.

Clint ran a spread offense for about 6-7 years before he quit coaching. I don't think they necessary need a wing T coach. With the young players they have coming up, they might look at the spread once again. I believe it was be someone who has played at TC. Practices, routines, tradition are something of a habit here. I don't see him hiring someone who would move away from this.

I hope this is a close game if I'm sittin out in this kinda weather. Adamsville is not being overlooked. They will get TC's best. I just worry bout ice on that turf. Might even out our speed advantage some. Best of luck to both and safe travels. Lets go TC we need a ring for that left thumb!!!

This is a case of a single TC fan just trying to stir you all up. Goodpasture is the best single A team in the state for bball. Most people know this fact. We do appreciate the willingness to be flexible with the schedule. TC only has 5 players right now. I've seen Goodpasture and they are legit. I don't see anyone in the region or state for that matter giving them much trouble. I'm sure baseball will be the same.

Good luck to Watertown. I hope they can get hot and win it all. Would make our district look extremely strong with back to back champs.

Clay is a mentally tough team. We played bout as good as we could sounded like. When you have that many seniors you can rely on that experience. I was surprised clarkrange beat gville. Thought gville's size would be a problem. Should be a great game. This region is too close to call.

I agree with you on that. I think this year our line will be much improved. But they were absolutely terrible last year. TC has been known to get transfers in also. Ppl like playing for winners. Can't wait till we play. I always look forward to that game in any sport.

Why would we decline a chance to beat y'all? I mean we dominate the all time series. Good two years for y'all. Bravo. Don't expect us to ever shy away from a challenge.

I mean we can't win state every year. It's clear to me if there is a dominant small school it's trousdale county. We set the standard. We'll be back. Sooner than everyone thinks.

Dodgen would have been more successful at SC. I do think Smith is a decent coach. Don't think he's a great one. It's tough for anyone to succeed in a football county. We know it best. Lol

10-0 is a reach but 9-1 is a fair prediction. Too many athletes to not be good next year.

She had not ran a sprint since 8th grade at JC. I've heard this from many ppl. Smith is overrated. Not sure why he is even rated at all. He's never done anything at SC. Obviously Cannon Co was happy with Smith going to SC.

Only so many years you can keep TC down. That soph group will be juniors and I can tell by their physique that they have been hittin the weights. I say they go 9-1 maybe 10-0. Last year was a wake up call. It's on in 2013.

Had a daughter that was buddies with Ferris. She said smith didn't make her run in practice. Basically babied her to the extreme. She stays at JC she goes somewhere bigger than vandy and is still playing. Smith ruined her.

I really don't understand the argument. FC is being moved to DII thanks to all the complaints, so now we get the privilege of having goodpasture who is better in literally every sport. The grass isn't always greener. I've said this many times I love the TC FC rivalry. Talent circles in A and AA sports cause smalls schools can't produce year in year out. FC jus had a good rotation of kids in. They'll go down in talent at some point and rise back up like all small schools. Every school has kids move in at some point. Doesn't mean they are recruited. As far as 8a goes I think it'll be everyone but RBS and Watertown wins region hands down. Too athletic this year.

I agree with you. Terrible on both sides. Great atmosphere again though. Love this rivalry. Congratulations to FC on the win. They didn't quit. TC missed way too many free throws and FC just kept chipping away. Great game though.
