Projections have Springfield hosting the Wave again for round 1, but not for sure until tomorrow morning! If true, should be a packed house at Boyce Smith Field!!

Not sure the TSSAA would send Lawrence County to quad 4 since they were a district runner up. I would not be surprised to see one of the Clarksville teams projected to be in quad 3 go to quad 4 and leaving LC as a 3 seed in quad 3. Stranger things have happened though. Just my opinion though.

Hats off to Clarksville. Totally outplayed the Jackets. As stated before, we had quite a few players get injured and I just hope they get healthy for next week. Four of the Beech coaches were in attendance at the game as well getting a head start for next week.

Yeah, more than likely wishful thinking on my part. This is the biggest drawback to the current playoff system. Glad we are going back to the old way, but I am somewhat torn to see us drop to 4A. I do hope we can keep the Gallatin game going, but I am not sure they will want to play 4A team since they will have nothing to gain. You would have better insight on that than me.

Does anyone know any more info on the extent of the injury to the Rossview player that was carted off?

I would think the Jackets need to win to improve their shot at a home playoff game. I doubt the coach will want to rest anyone given the way the last two games have gone. We seem to have lost some momentum and need to get it back.

Springfield has to play better than they did against Rossview to have a shot to beat Clarksville. Have to be more fundamentally sound to be able to take care of business. The Jackets need to win to have a shot at a first round home playoff game.

Moving two of the four Nashville teams,(Lipscomb, Hillwood, Maplewood, or Pearl Cohn) into Region 6, and getting Lipscomb out of Region 4 and into 5 or 6 and giving each region six teams would make just as much sense. Portland to Creekwood or Clarksville is a pretty good haul. I think Springfield would be fine going into region 6 since we play the Clarksville teams now. We also play White House every year anyway so we would still play them even if we aren't in the same region with them.

Must have been the same crew that called our game with Northwest.

Could you clarify a couple of things for a novice like me? Is the number beside the teams' records their district standing? What does the DW and DRP mean? Are the other records that team's opponents' records?
