Looking at the standings.....when Soddy beats Rhea.....Lenoir City (2-1) and Catholic (2-1) will be tied for first.....Soddy (2-1) 3rd and Rhea 4th. Overall records would push Lenoir City and Catholic above Soddy.

When the 1a school has 4 division one players??? Thats tough for anyone to compete with. Loudon in there new Region will be fine, they will not have either Alcoa or CAK to deal with and will instantly be 6-4 and a playoff team. As far as the rivalry with LC...2-4 the last 6 years.....

2 years ago the strength of the team was the line....however there was nobody that could go 80 yards at any given time. No speed. Plus they were learning a new system. This year's team, had a little more athleticism...the freshman kid and the transfer qb....but again not much. I think the stall in the hiring has to be a political battle of some kind.....they can't all agree on bringing Harig back and maybe trying to find someone new

I believe two things.... Since its become a Central/Loudon thread.... 1. Interviews for the Loudon job should be this week. If I read the newspaper correctly Coach Roberts wanted the coach named by April 1 2. Knox Central should be getting the QB from Carter....is that the big grab you all are referring to???

Barney You have no clue!!!! Filling out a form does not get a player noticed. Spending time talking with and sending film to colleges gets a player noticed so they are not "Hidden in the bushes" parents and their ego want to see their son's name in a book. Just because 85% of the schools do it doesn't mean it's a good idea.....85% of the schools don't have the ability to articulate why they don't waste their time nor their assistant coaches time for the ego of others. They way I see it the players deserve a coach who is going to give their all in the recruiting process, in the preparation and planning of their season and have the ability to create an atmosphere in the program that creates memories that last a lifetime.....

What is the point??? There are local newspapers that highlight teams in your local area. There is Donovan Stuart who works for the Examiner who creates team profiles and places it on the internet for free. Why help a guy sell a book??? Do the coaches get anything for this 'keepsake" NO....its pointless. Create memories for your team in other ways.....

Yes, Cortes is his name. He is a DC at Lenoir because no one has hired him to be a HC....he isn't from around here you know.... Zeller might be hard to get, he has a daughter that play varsity basketball for Lenoir

Once again that DC from Lenoir City has applied too.....he seems to keep trying.... From what I read on other posts he was a HC in California.
