My understanding is he turned 15 in January. One of the oldest kids in his class. Unbelievable arm strength and extremely athletic. Remains to be seen if he will ever live up to the offers he has received but still great that he has received them.

Dresden had 10 players not dressed last night but only 3 of those would have had any impact on the game. #5, #7 and I believe #78 which is Serrano. The rest do not play even when healthy. Crawford left the game after playing one play and he would not have made a difference. Dresden must find a way to get the playmakers involved in the offense. Even when #5 and #7 get back if they don't change the offense it will not matter. They can't line up and play smash mouth football. Trenton was just the better team last night.

Dresden is an above average 1A team and this year is a good year to be above average in 1A. An above average team can be playing in the semifinals. Their freshman QB played great last night. His passes seem to float but he is an excellent runner. They still have some playmakers although one left game early last night. I look for them to handle Lake Co this week especially if they don't account for our QB.

You might need to come to Dresden and see the kid for yourself. He may be on a good day 6 foot. He was 4-10 for 67 yards the opening game.

Not a kid for sure. I understand the profession very well. He is not a college coach who doesn't teach classes. He is a high school coach who is a teacher first. He will be leaving the administration searching for someone to teach his classes the rest of the year. Most schools don't have back up teachers on hand and he did sign a year contract not an eight month contract. I don't have a problem with him leaving to go coach somewhere else. I believe most people in Dresden knew he wasn't going to stay after this year. Yes I know we won a state championship but he was loaded with talent whether anyone wants to admit it or not.

This is not a surprise but thought he might stay one more year. The disappointing thing is I heard he will be leaving on Monday. This tells me a lot about him. Dresden gave him an opportunity when no one else would and he just says seeyou later and doesn't even finish the school year.

Nobody from uc can talk about home cooking. Dresden got beat by 8 people last night and it was definitely home cooking. UC should not even be in the region tourney. Take your whipping uc and get over where the games are being held.

Winn and McDonald visited Indiana two weeks ago for the Penn State game. Memphis head coach Mike Norvel will be at the school on Thursday morning is what I am hearing.

I have no idea what McKinney's stats are but Winn has 42 tds and 2ints for the year. He has thrown for over 2500 yds. He has rushed for over 900 yds and 9tds. If this other kid has better numbers he should have beat Greenback by himself.

You trolled the Dresden thread last week telling everybody what Dresden had coming and now that we beat WC you decide to jump on the Greenback wagon and tell this what we have coming. Where's jtown28 with all his smack talk. He ran and hid and wasn't even from WC. Rice is good but would be the the 5th or 6th best player if he played for Dresden. The two best players in A are both from Dresden in Yates and Winn. Let's not even get me started on our defense.

This post is what a lot of people didn't want to say. UC got hit like they haven't all year or since that game. Dresden will hit them again and if they respond it should be a great game if not Dresden will win easily again.

There are some posters on here that get upset with others that post about a player's injury but this is the kind of post I get upset about. I have known Peanut for 40+ years and have talked to him daily since this happened and not once has he said Dresser is cleared to play. They thought everything was fine until the mri results came back. They are keeping those results private for the time being. Please respect their privacy and shut up when you don't know what you are talking about.

Humboldt is a very good team. Big, strong and FAST. I can't figure out how Trenton beat them. They could be a huge force in a couple of weeks.
