Impressive win against Oak Ridge, can they do it again.

It was the week you could have flipped a coin on half of those games. Four of them changed the lead in the last 2 or 3 minutes.

Watched until Diamond Clear finally lost power when it was 31-19. Was the Bearden QB injured that came from Mississippi.

Very lost on this whole Oak Ridge situation, they looked pretty good against Maryville in that scrimmage and haven't lived up to anything close to what I saw that day. Football will always have injuries but it seems the next man up at Oak Ridge must be horrible. Far as Gaddis goes I'm sure it's one thing to like what all he has accomplished at Oak Ridge but for any head coach it must feel like a corncob soaked in turpentine rubbing up against a hemorrhoid with him on the sidelines. No good coach will put up with that kind of nonsense long.

I was surprised Alcoa hadn't went up with all the people moving here to Blount County. Seems like Eagleton took a large amount of kids from Heritage to move down to 4A and William Blount to 5A. Heritage will benefit the most in Blount County on the new 2005-07 cycle,

I had 49 teams to pick from and the last 7 or 8 will give you total ALE to try and figure out and this was one of the last 2 or 3. I know Meigs has owned them in the past but McMinn has gotten better and I figured this was going to be the game they finally got this monkey off their back. I am really shocked last years coach left them after one season to jump into the dumpster fire at Sweetwater and possibly destroy his resume to the point of no return. Great job for the coaches at Meigs County for rebuilding a team that had a lot of kids lost to graduation the year before. Your right not an upset but a wake up call about Meigs County.

I actually went to the Eagleton game tonight.They were ahead 4 touchdowns before North Greene scored.

Thursday Night games I'm 3-0 on Barney's Favorites. Last week's game's I was 31-1.

I may eat the Heritage game possibly but it is theirs if they want it bad enough.

Thanks , one should have been Jellico. Will dig deeper on that Eagleton game brfore Friday. Can't begin to say how much I've been let down with them this year. When it's raining at William Blount and the septic is backing up and the roof is leaking and they threw that kind of money at that program and passed up 3 different coaches that had winning records to stay in house is making that decision look like one of the counties greatest all time failures. The only thing that beats that headline in Blount County is hiring Chester the Molester and moving him around the past twenty years from school after school in the county system setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit.

Anyone have a decent opinion on this game.

I throw a lot of these out everyweek because you never know who may be hurt or something going on no one knows. Get a lot of great info on a lot of the smaller schools. Like your thoughts on this one, could go either way.
