We are in the same boat with NFHS also. I heard many people saying something about either this past week's game or the one before there was no sound the entire first quarter. I just get aggravated to death having such an elite program as we do being covered by a Mickey Mouse setup. You never know when they will be covering a game or not also. I had to miss the HVA game because someone came up with the bright idea to play it on Saturday morning due to rain on Friday which was the least attended game of the year. I had to watch the game on Diamond Clear to be able to see it where I was at that morning. The other four schools in Blount County all make Maryville look like crap far as game broadcasting goes so I know how you feel. It's like going to Ruth Chris and eating a steak with ketchup.

I picked E. Hamilton but glad to see Oak Ridge win and advance to the final four.

Why would they want any of the coordinators off of a disaster like this year. Didn't we just have an election two weeks ago where the second in charge lost because they left the gate open.

If your real hungry late in the game Friday Night and end up buying the last two hot dogs please don't get mad and throw them out on the field. They do make a great beef jerky or a slim Jim to chew on while your going home after the game.

I do hope you all win even though I picked E. Hamilton. I know your coaches family pretty well and we do talk about the football over there a lot.

That one and the Oak Ridge game took me two days to decide.

I only see one game that would be a total waste of time to see unless you were a fan of that team. The rest will all be good games.

Hey we're all on the same team guys, I'm glad as can be to have both of those young men. Last week before the S.H. game I was pretty worried about Price since he had very limited action against W.B. As discussed we had a major dropoff when Price went out of the game during the first 5 contest. Everyone is very glad we're not stranded with that problem now. From what I have seen if Maryville wants it bad enough this year they do have a one of the best chances since they won it the last time.

If you do come to the game go all the way out and buy a Sub Way or Chick-Fil-A at the concession stand. Don't cheap it out thinking your going to get the hot dog on the right or you'll be terribly surprised.

Stacy Carter has absoluty no control over his football team or assistants. All he did last night was bring live wrestling to Jim Renfro Field. I never seen anything like it last night in all my years of watching high school football. If the Science Hill A.D has any backbone that would be his last game Friday Night. The fans had to sit through almost an hour of total B.S. watching the officials try to figure out what 5 minus 15 equaled on the field. The first half flew so fast then the second half was like watching two teams wade through molasses.

While his name isn't on the fence at the football field anymore, it would be a shame if he were to pull his large donations from the chorale program over something dumb.

What could possibly go wrong sending your kids to an all out Woke Ran School.

Last week I let time slip by and didn't get a ticket to game one. I figured on setting somewhere else but as I was leaving the barber shop which had the game on and I noticed 15 minutes before the game the season ticket section was 30% full so I headed on to the game and you could lay down and watch the game there were so many empty seats. This was our neighbor William Blount which we finally got to play each other and may not again for a long time. Maybe some people take it for granted we would win but with so many options to do on a Friday Night most chose option 2. I was actually happy for WB when they made a dash later in the game and showed they aren't to bad of a football team and I was very impressed with their QB and his quick running ability. High school football doesn't draw the fans as it once did in my day because people have to many options on Friday Night and the Bru ha ha that happened in the stands between coaches and fans sure don't help. Maryville High does a good job of over extending their hand at the football games making some fans feel like Fred and Peanut. In a time where the product on the field at Maryville is slowly deteriorating Friday Night's Fiasco sure don't help. If you could take a bus load of rowdy fans from a UT game and sprinkled them amoung everyone at a Maryville Game I believe they would call in the National Guard.
