No one in 3 A beats Alcoa and only team thats going beat AE in 3A is Alcoa thats just plain and simple like it or not those are the facts. This Alcoa team is good they are talented top to bottom have depth everywhere no real weakness. No one can look at the maryville game and say lets do that cause teams dont have maryville type depth and players. just like no one can look at AE and say well Alcoa did this to them so we can. News flash you dont have the same players they do or the depth.

AE has 3 players suspended for this game so this game will be a wash. AE can't stay out of its own way.

Who has Kingston scrimmage? I think a lot will tell in those first couple of games I think losing to Oliver springs set Kingston back last year. I do see them being much improved.

The word out is that Elijah Howard is leaving Webb to attend Baylor. Any Truth to this if so that is a huge blow to Webb and great gain for Baylor and a program that has under achieved..

The reality is that Alcoa has players from all over, they have been getting kids like this for years. Do most of them play sports yes do most them go to Alcoa to play football yes. We all know this but yet nothing will come of this. Its good to talk about but that about it. When the kid dad went on a twitter rant I think everyone knew what was about to happen. He was going to leave the school and end up coaching at another school and bring his son along. They looked at every school that was successful and which ever one that was willing to pull the trigger and hire his dad was going to get him. Do I blame Alcoa for this no every program would be doing the same thing. If they can get a Stud kid that can play and is in good standing and be a force in sports why not do it. The only thing about the article that made sense was him talking about if we going to get kids like this then we should be a private school

In the end I think its going be the same teams in 3rd round that has been for the past couple years. All the rankings will be changed. I know some of these teams got some tough schedules and then other teams got cake walks which will make them look good

Yea you didnt watch the game Carrol was straight killing every play. Landon dominated the Left Tackle every play.. AE made some plays but no way did they dominate anything

Absolutely correct statement hear. AE is the only team that has a chance to possibly beat alcoa cause they compete everywhere with them just not up front. Other teams compete up front but don't have enough talent to match them

you couldn't be more wrong. you giving people hope AE lost 3 seniors on their online last year according to their roster and numbers. They couldn't block anyone last year you went to the games the QB was running for his life. The RB never had a hole to run through.

So they hire basically the same coach that just left. You had a coach that won a title an ran split back veer and everyone hated it down there. Kids were transferring cause of offense. Well now you hire a coach that runs the wing-t and hasn’t won a title. I’m just curious to what is the major difference now.

They are played on Saturdays because the county forces them to be played then. Fulton has lobbied for the games being played early because doesn’t want potential chance of violence or things being out of control. So AE has to play there rival games which are the most hostil games at night if there is a possible threat. AE hands are tied or the issue

agree he did not leave on bad terms but he clearly stated in the release of problems going on at DC.. So this is not the first time a coach has put negative information out into the media eye. Rather its small damage like Coack Bosken or earthquake shattering like GS......Another thing that is bad for DC is they are about to get into the playoffs after not lets forget they were on a 2 year band also for the fight against Boone that went Viral..... These seniors I feel bad for cause they have been through it.. That was there freshman year if I'm not mistaken.

Im not saying that he is totally right in this situation thats going on at DC cause its terrible that a playoff team is going to basically squeak in and players are all divided. Its just saying that for Head Coach that was there last year to complain about things and then leave thats not a good sign either for a program........ They also have to make a decision quickly on if they are going to play or not because if they decide to quit and forfeit they play spot Tssaa needs to know so they can make sure to make the adjustments correctly.. If not then like last year Unaka they could carry the penalty over into DC Basketball Season..

Lets not forget last year only reason why GS got this coaching job was because the previous head Coach resigned to go be a position coach in Cleveland.. The article stated that he was complaining about facilities and how far away they were from being able truly compete because of all the stuff that was going on.. This is why Crockett will have 4 head coaches in 10 games

Must remember this kid grew up playing at central little league... His dad was a coach for the little league program also so he knows the central community well. They are totally invested making sure he has a great high school career so as far as him transferring and sitting out I doubt that will happen. I see them more than likely renting a house and moving or something of that nature. Have to remember they purposely held him back so he could start his freshman... now that's all on that subject carter has lots more to worry about. You hire a guy that was on a staff that was already in all kinds of crazy stories from two OC being let go in back to back years to the previous head deciding to step down and retire cause of a mis handled situation dealin with players and the staff and then you hire a coach from that same staff. So this will be something to follow for sure. Hope things work out for them

McKinney is still enrolled here n at Fulton. He is more than likely staying at Fulton which will keep them happy. Also D. Williamson
