I think it’s DCAs year personally. The middle Class A, to me, just has better competition and better competition makes for a better team. Just my two cents. But, on the other hand I think USJ is very hungry for a state championship after being runner up every time they’ve made it. Should be a great football game no matter what. 2 good football teams. It will be a battle for sure. One of those games where you wish this was the championship not the semifinals.

One score wouldn’t have mattered. Granted there was 4 turnovers, it was all DA in the second half.

Looking forward to the DA vs JC game in Jackson this coming Friday night. With a win DA goes undefeated during the regular season and roaring into the playoffs. Not much has been said about the Bears this year.

Why wouldn’t the private schools just all leave TSSAA and start their own divisions for sports? Just curious.

Davidson Academy’s coach never won a SB but he has won two straight state championships.

JP2 is 4-0 and they play a 3-1 team this week ranked at number 5.

First quarter was all defense then the Bears found some holes and took care of visiting Nashville Christian 35-0. Two weeks in a row for the Bears to have a running clock against their opponent. Swinea finished strong again.

Kid looked great today and he’s not the only one who can run the ball. Going to be another strong year for DA football.
