I don’t see how South Side can lose now. I don’t think a team could play better than Elizabethton just did and it still wasn’t enough. Great game and season for Elizabethton.

They are for sure shooting it well and will have to the rest of the game I believe. South Side won’t shoot that bad on the second half. They couldn’t buy one in the first

I don’t know if south side got too fired up for the rematch against upper man and this is a let down game or what but they don’t look like the same team at all this game!

This is their second year. They will end up being 3A or 4A in the next cycle I believe.

I agree with you if you have the numbers you should play. However it’s the TSSAAs fault for watering down to the point where lookout valley even makes the postseason. That’s the real issue in all this.

For single A Jaycee Coe from Jackson county and Lakelyn Bouldin from Van Buren County come to mind. Both went on to play D1. Both studs.

I hope nobody would argue the youngest is the best. Dedric and Chandler were different beasts altogether than Jonathan.

While I do not have any information on the subject. My opinion is they won’t forfeit. On the girls side I believe they were only going to have 5 girls was the reason. They have more boys on the team so if they do forfeit it will have to be for a different reason. As far as hearing from someone from the school good luck with that. They are small and I doubt anyone follows the boards.

This may be a dumb question, but why did Region 7 play tonight instead of tomorrow?

VB was a good enough team to make it to the final four last year. I just can't understand how you could say any team is just average that is in the state tournament.

All this is so dumb to even talk about the draw hasn't even happened yet. Clay and VB might be on opposite sides of the bracket like last year when VB won and clay didn't

If I was a fan of those teams UC just picked i would be worried I haven't seen him pick a game correctly yet. Said VB would lose to pickett and ended up winning by 27.

Doesn't seem like there were any close games tonight besides Hampton and GCA. Everybody thought VB and Pickett would be close but VB won by 27 congrats to all winners tonight.

I deleted it because I think clay is a good team just like everybody else left and I don't want people from clay to think I dont like them. But you talk them up like they are defending state champs.

I didn't get my pride hurt I have no problem with you saying Clay is better they may very well be, Clay is a very talented team. I've never said anything different, my problem was and still is that you said they are "23 points guaranteed" better. If Clay is better it is most certainly not by 23 points. As i said it doesn't matter though VB took care of their business today and it won't matter if you think Clay is 50 points better if they don't win tomorrow.
