Good measuring stick for both teams.

I was initially quite disappointed on this game, but after some time I feel that WC has a solid team this year. They have a lot of seniors and an identity. Something WC has not always had. Beech was behind the 8 ball all night. Young and without their workhorse they couldn't overcome, especially in the trenches. Good luck to WC the rest of the way and hopefully Beech gains from the experience, bounces back this week, and is ready for region play in 2 weeks.

This one will be hard to predict. Conventional wisdom suggest that SHS should have scored at least 28 points on Greenbrier. Field conditions? Penalties? Keeping lots in the bag for Gallatin? Gallatin has too much talent to be mediocre. They appear over the last 4 or 5 years to struggle to bounce back from adversity. They get a little bit behind and just falter. But there are some games they expect to loose and win handily. If SHS wins they are in a great spot. If they loose they will still be OK. If Gallatin wins they may right the ship, but if they loose......it really puts them behind the 8 ball in a lot of ways. This is a tough district, with 4 teams fighting for 2 spots.

This should be one of the better match-ups in middle TN. Looking forward to it.

This score was a bit surprising to me. Either CHS is really down or SC is going to field a good team this year.

As a Beech fan, I hope Gallatin and Station Camp keep their coaches just as they are.

Hopefully. But I feel WC D-line might be tough to gain traction on. WC wins the kicker prize. If Beech's O-line can get any movement at all it gown in their favor.

Clarksville in a close one

Looking forward to a great game. I hope Beech pulls it out, but a strong senior class from WC maybe too much to overcome this early in the season.

I agree, but the paper said one is probable and the other questionable. Gonna have to have some ppl step up - like last week. Does anyone know if Hillsboro has any injuries? - the paper mentioned they get their big play WR back.

I hope your right. Using the 3rd running back against LC was a tall order, and he stepped up like a champ. But I would feel better with the other 2 with him. I feel confident with Alex in, but depth at this juncture of the season is key.

I saw Beech play Smyna and Hville this year. Hville is the more physical team....IMO Your argument could be one was a scrimmage and the other a heated rivalry....but ....meh

Indy vs. Farragut In my opinion there are about 3 teams from the East that could make it. But most expect Indy to represent the West - not saying it's a lock but they match up well with the remaining teams from the West.

Good stuff. I was unaware of the one in Bordeuax area. I shall check it out. Next time I roll through Livingston my stop is at Pizza Hut.
