Not necessarily sure that spreading the teams out would have the desired results. A lot of the upsets that happen in regions are from teams that are familiar with who they are playing. Familiarity brings contempt and rivalries. Makes the #4 seed want to not lose to that #1 seed for the 3rd time in a season. -
This is strictly my opinion but Faragi may very well be the best coach in the state. The way that he teaches his kids about not only basketball but growing up as a man.

What's wrong with winning with defense? The way my old coaches taught me was if you do not score more points than the other team than you lose. No matter how you get them, you have to out score the other team.

No. Watertown was up 35-27 at the half. I assume that was. Grundy fan that sent that in or someone didn’t know how to correctly enter a scote. Watertown let from the tip and never trailed

Well looks like Dexter had it right. District 8AA has won 3 of 4 region matchups.

Preach. The 2nd half of that game last night was like no blood, no foul. It was a good game that seems like the officials said, "if it is not a blatant foul, we're not calling it." It is a championship game with 2 good teams, let them decide it on the floor.

I believe it comes down to Cumberland County and Upperman for the region with Upperman winning it all. Should be a good game either way with 2 of the Ms. Basketball Finalist facing off

Smith is hard to figure out. I have watched them 3 times and saw 3 different sides of them. Good/Bad/what the heck are they doing. I agree they can win by 20 or lose by 20.

I told my son before this all started "they could win the whole thing or lose in the first round". All depends on which team shows up but they are playing well and as a team which is a big key this time of year.
