Alcoa had an impressive defense. Sequatchie couldn't get a run game established for nothing. Their offense was pretty good but not even close to their defense. I'm so proud of The Sequatchie County Indians. Y'all played hard.

Sequatchies coaching staff have the Indians playing very solid football that's full of energy, stamina, determination and desire. I can't say much of anything about east ridge because I'm just not familiar with them at all. To tell the truth I really don't know how to give a prediction so I'll just lay it out like this. I think Smith Co is better than you guys give them credit for and very well may pull this one out by 7 or less. HOWEVER, I would rather Sequatchie and ND play a 2nd round match up so I will be pulling for Seq and ND to win but I wouldn't lose a minute of sleep if Smith beat them 100-0.

Would booger care to elaborate on the difference in a 1A athlete running a 4-40 V/S a 6A athlete running a 4-40? And before you say you meant that there were more quicker athletes on a 6A,,,,,,,No you didn't.

I look for Howard to come out strong and fast and possibly go into the half with a small lead. 4th quarter they will unravel and the Indians will persevere. Seq 35 HHT 24. If Seq contains the run early then Howard may be lucky to get 10 points on the board.

If you fellers are referring to the Chandler Morrison that's does sports write ups for the valley teams then try looking at it this way. What if he said "Grundy isn't performing well and the Indians will probably steamroll right over them", that wouldn't be very journalistic of him. I've never met the guy nor even heard of him till I noticed some small articles on Facebook that someone posted. I say you guys that are posting on here from Grundy aren't giving him a fair shake. He's trying to be tasteful with his journalism and you mistake it for something else. That being said, I completely disagree with your view on Seq and Grundy. I ALWAYS pull for the Indians and ANY valley team ie, Bledsoe, Whitwell, Grundy, etc, that plays "outside" teams. Grundy's bitterness will go away once their football gets back on track. You think Dunlap enjoyed that winless season a few years back? Nope, not one bit.

Grundy really impressed me with some of their talent. I could call out some jerseys but that doesn't really matter,,,,,,.but dang! Ya'll need some boys to get of the couch and quit drinking grape kook aid watching Gilligans Island. Regardless of the coaching, discipline, and conditioning, y'all need more helmets on the sideline.

Sequatchie will keep rolling but a little closer than expected. The game will be at Upperman and there will be some seniors from Upperman playing more than likely the very last time on Upperman soil wearing a set of pads. My 2 cents on the Grundy situation. I don't think we had our complete 2nd string in against their complete 1st string. Seq was mixing in lots of 2nd string players with the 1st string before both teams used their entire 2nd string squads. I could be wrong ( usually am) but that's what I think.
