i would really like to see what the W/L record is for region 1 vs 2 for the first round since we began this in 2017. I know in 2018? I believe R1 went 3-1 but outside of that not much luck.
the defense is still good. esp with their alll state safety coming back, but the offense is a mess. everyone is calling for the OC to be fired. all central does is Run the wildcat, off the tackles, and bubble screens. the game vs south Doyle will tell us all we need to know
i didn’t lowball. Read between the lines. I just quoted the other guy asking how you all have so many pages every year when the program has been just above average. but you have a die hard fan base and that’s cool. i wish we had some fans on here and around town that we’re passionate. sorry if I struck a nerve.
ive always wondered the same thing. A 6-4 team every year/team that hasn’t won a state title in years has hundreds of pages every year. its just plain weird
as does central the next 2 weeks. How does this even work? let’s say they pick up 2 games, that would add to 12 total with the Covid forfeits. and let’s say they win those 2 pick up games on top of the 2 forfeits, is that an 11-1 regular season?
cool. I’m a bobcat through and through. I don’t know much about opposing coaches and where they come from and don’t get into all the recruiting allegations/daily post that most on here get into but good game. no clue how central looks the rest of the year but hopefully we meet again in the semis!
i saw where some dude from oak ridge was whining and crying earlier about bashing teenagers, but uh, if central doesn’t get better at quarterback, they won’t 3-peat, let alone make it past the 2nd round. cold hard truth
20-3 Powell. But central had a touchdown called back on OPI, TWO fumble recoveries but not called resulting in a Powell TD, and a central missed FG. man..
the thing that central has adapted to so well since the 2016 season, they neutralize your best player/strength and take that away. they’ve taken a page from the rebel/tornado handbook and it’s worked well. we’ll see if they can do the same tomorrow night.
yeah the Cleveland game was 26-10 and gave up a late TD, Fulton game was 21-3 and gave up a buzzer beater TD and then this game SC got some TDS in vs the back ups so the score look a bit closer than they are but improving each week. if you’re the defending back to back champs these are games you expect to win and win big. on to the next one. happy to be 3-0
