Looking forward to this game and the great atmosphere. I think this one comes down to defense. Which defense will keep giving the ball back to their offense. We hear a lot about MJ’s defense, rightfully so, anxious to see how Blackman’s defense rises to the occasion. Good luck to all.

Maryville is a great program, no doubt. They deserve this completely. The path is what I have issue with for all teams. This year was a failure. Some say greed was a factor for Tsssa & that is a shame to our kids.

No. Not at all. The fact u make it to the playoffs and have to play back thru your conference & play teams u had already played during the regular season- does not produce the best teams competing for the state title. Tonight is proof.

To have the opportunity to get to the playoffs then have to play back thru your regular season is stupid and not a good representation of the quality of football we have in this state.

Proud of the defense with the shutout. All around much improved vs 1st game-all positions. We found a way to win vs a good, young Hendersonville team.

The only thing I agree with you on your post, is that the game will be exciting.

This is the epitome of what HS Football represents. 2 great teams in the same county to go at it, it's special for all involved. Enjoy it, respect it, cherish it & know it isn't over either way till the State Champion is crowned. Proud of the representation of the quality in the county on both sides. With that said...Go Blaze!
