I've never even heard of a tournament moving in 40 plus years. Seen plenty of region sweeps and never seen a tournament moved at all.

District Mvp is a close call for me. Both kids are deserving, you could also throw sycamore PG in the conversation. I would have voted for 4 for WH. Without him that teams is a 5 or 6 seed. The big kid for sycamore is very deserving though. Tough region matchups Sycamore @Pearl Harpeth@ MLK East@WH Maplewood @WHH Heritage has a chance. Maplewood better be ready to play D or Petrone will backdoor you to death. Harpeth has zero shot. 1st year coach got them to the 3 seed and a split with sycamore is amazing. Run ends here, doesn't have enough Jimmy's and Joe's. WH draws the worst possible matchup they could get. 4 and 5 better shoot lights out are it gets ugly. Sycamore will put up a fight and plays together for the most part. I say it's close through 3 and then Pearl pulls away by 14 or more.

With East and Maplewood losing its lining up for a complete sweep for 10aa.

It wasn't a brawl, only 2 girls fighting. No other players were involved. Both girls are sitting out multiple games. One of the girls father was escorted out be he was yelling not throwing blows. No one from either team left the benches.

You got to go all the way back to 05 0r 06 since the won more than 8 games in a season. They went 9 and 4 and lost to Pearl both times. Once by 7 and once by 16. Swarm is right they've always been tough with a stout D.

My bad. You are correct Giles/strattford will play for 3rd and 4th last week of season..winner will be 2 and 3 in region and loser will be 1 and 4 in region.

Fairview has just been so dominate the last few years it has put this region on snooze feast... 1.fairview region champs 2. Winner of Camden/sycamore 3. Loser of Camden/sycamore 4. Cheatham beats Stewart and they are in, if Stewart wins it creates a 3 way tie. (Not sure of 1st tiebreak scenario). Matching up with the likes of East Nasty, Pearl, is a guarantee first round exit. Giles county will be difficult as well. Fairview will beat the creek or strattford and will get probably match up with Pearl or East in 2nd Rd. Tough road for any in this district.

Sycamore is the favorite imo..bringing most kids back. Have some height, and shooters. White house will be good with Ward. Interested to see new coaching staff. Harpeth lost 6 seniors so should be a down year imo Cheatham returns 3/4 starters, PG is really good. No idea about Greenbriar or west mo

I feel like this game is for the region championship. Cheatham, Harpeth,Stewart can't hang with either. Sycamore is tough but basically play same 11 kids both sides of ball. If they can overcome that they'll be a threat. I still feel like these are the best 2 in region 6 this year

Yeah I agree with you Camden,Fairview win big. Sycamore/Cubs being a rivalry may be closer. Just seeing the Cubs offense struggle against creekwood defense last week makes me think they'll struggle more this week. Sycamore defense is stout. 34 for cubs will need 150 plus total offense for a W
