Region 7AA is one of the best in the best in the state and District 13AA is really tough. I look at this move as a lateral move for Coach Wilkins. Obion is not contending with Westview, Crockett, Southside, Lexington, Dyersburg, and Chester. a lateral move because he is stepping down in class but he is in a better situation as far as winning. Only a few teams to deal with in his new region

Is there anybody in the Wilkins family that don't coach? He will do a great job and has a good group returning.

Humboldt will run these guys. Why? They have 5 Seniors that have all played in a state tournament before. Humboldt will probably win the tournament. Getting to the state tournament when your road goes through Memphis makes you ready to go.

This use to be such a great job. Sad.

I think Blackmon was the last team not out of Memphis to win it 3A. Maybe 2014 or 2013.

Southside vs Northside - Southside Chester vs Lexington - Chester easy McNairy vs Riverside - Mcnairy Adamsville vs Scotts Hill - Adamsville This means the standings would end like this Southside 14-0 Chester County - 10-4 Mcnairy 9-5 and Northside 9-5 (Northside won both reg. season games so they are the 3 and McNairy the 4) Lexington 6-8 Adamsville 4-10 Scotts HIll - 3-11 Riverside - 2-12

How will the 3 fights in Memphis at the games impact Wooddale?

I don't think so. I think South Gibson wins the District Tournament and plays Southside in the championship of the region.

I don't think South Gibson is over hyped. They bring everyone back from a sub state team. they peaked a little early but can definitely get it back and I think they go to substate again.

This District is South Side's no doubt. Everybody else is just playing for runner-up. But the runner-up race is intriguing. I took a look at the remaining schedules. CC has the toughest schedule remaining. their first 2 district games for the second half of the district were the worst 2 teams in the district. they have - SS, MCN, RS, NS, and LEX MCN has a slightly easier schedule but still tough. they have - SH, CC , NS, SS, RS NS has about the same schedule as MCN except their next 2 games are easy wins and their last 3 are tough. They have - Aville, SH, MCN, CC, SS Lex has the best schedule left by knocking off NS and MCN in the last 2 games they have a chance to move up. They have - Riverside, SS, SH, Aville, and CC How does is shake out? my predictions SS CC NS LEX MCN

That is a sad report. I hate it for the coach, team, the kids, fans, school, etc... No winners in this situation if they are done for the year. They suspended? quit? kicked off? Very Sad!!!
