Cville D will be tested with Huntingdon’s speed. Cville should be able to move the ball their O line play is very impressive. Could be a shootout just the opposite of last years game.

Until Huntington has more wins than WC in head to head competion I don’t think they can be called our big brother,IMO. And they will be waiting. Should be a great one next week.

Yes Riverside laid a good one on us. We’re a little better at this point of the season for sure.

Mtp can keep it close for awhile if they show up to play. Very athletic bunch but sometimes they can’t seem to get it going. Mustangs are fast and can put a team away quickly if they aren’t ready to play. But strange things happen in football sometimes. And MTP has an ole WC fella calling the shots. WC did not play Eagleville. We did get some players back and have made some adjustments as well.

I’ve read the other post which is irrelevant to the comment of WC being just another jv team on the schedule. We have played at times like a jv team this year I will be the first to admit that. According to the list WC was 11th on SOS and 14th on success vs sos. At 7-4 and going to the 2nd round that’s not to bad for just another jv team on the schedule. Good luck to y’all the rest of the way, I think y’all get another shot at the gold ball.

Just another jv team on the schedule? Opinions are like a lot of things that everyone has, get my drift? WC may not be as impressive as they once was but they still play the same physical game they have always played. Anyone that has played us this year will probably agree to that no matter the outcome of the game.

Hey CB I’m a bit slow at times but I’m not following you on this one. What does Waynesboro have to do with a reply to someone from Lake County talking about being overlooked?

WC got off to a rough start this year but they have worked hard and fought through some injuries and the loss of a four year starter on the line. These young men have earned a 1st round home game after many counted em out weeks ago. Huntland will bring their A game and I think we’re in for a good one Friday. Hoping for an injury free game for both teams and safe travels to Huntland. Go Cats!!

Turnovers will be critical as always in any game but it could be the one deciding factor in this one. Both teams will be ready to play I think and WC should come out on top if they don’t turn it over. But I’ve seen some strange things in this rivalry over the years so we shall see. Hope for no injuries on either side. Go Cats!!!!

One of the best lineman I’ve seen play 89 for the Cats and I’ve seen a lot of em over the years. A class act young man as well. I’m proud to say I’ve seen him play all of his Jr High and High School games and can’t imagine how hard this Friday will be for him and your whole family. Prayers for comfort and healing. It’s been a great ride watching him through his career.

Could be a repeat, judging by the interest in this thread from both sides they may cancel the game. WC is off to a rough start and has looked down right horrible by any standards but as the cycle comes and goes I will still be in them stands and pulling for the Cats!!
