OK. I've waited a few days and let it sink in a while. And yes the better team "that night" did win. How ever I fill that our boys did a fantastic job, a gave Central all they wanted. I fill that if they played again it could go ether way. I know Bucsback this kind of don't pertain to your message, but I'm kind of responding to a few post. Our coach did loose his composure a bit, but you have to remember its his first year ever coaching a high school team. That on top of his first season going undefeated. I myself think that hes done a wonderful job, I'm sure he will learn composure as he grows in coaching. Hats off to your team Central, hope we can match up again next year. Good luck in the playoffs hope you win it all, that way we can say we got beat by the champs. I was how ever very dissapointed in your ticket office, had to go out and get my phone out of the car, for an emergency call, and they charged me again to get back in, even having my ticket stub in hand. Almost got threw out on that one to be honest with you. realy lost my religion on it. Nothing to do with the game, and I thought it was a good one.

The way I see it, teams like Alcoa, Greeneville, Maryville, have earned the right to play at home. If you want home field advantage go out and beat them, they earned it. I fill that rights, right . and wrongs, wrong. The way that its set up right now is wrong.

Thank you for your explanation JNewman,. I just think that because you have two teams with number 1 rankings like it is, it should go to the team with a better record. I know that, thats the rule, but it's a realy unfair way to decide the location of the game. I myself fill it should go to the team with the better record, and if that don't fix it go to something like who has the most offensive points on the year. Odd and even number of year is kind of cheap. Everybody knows home field advantage is a plus, it should go to the school that earned it. But for this year I guess it will just up the stakes of this cyderella story.

What is going to hurt Crockett is the home field advantage that they deserve, but dont have. The 12th man really comes in use at these kind of games. I think in should be played in at least a nuetral field. Our boys worked there tail off for that home field advantage, and the way the rules are suck.

Good luck to both sides next week, just got past the Tn high vikings last night, now on to Knox Central. The way I see it, we are already winners this year. First ever play off games at home, undefeated regular season, First year coach. I hope we can keep this rolling good job Pioneers on an outstanding season so far, lets keep this thing going. Don't really understand why this one is an away game, with the records and standings, can some one explain this.

The weather may be a plus for Boone, we up here in this area know that the schools in Knoxville all sport good teams. However I think Boone would love to have a shot at Crockett one more time this year, I myself would love to see it. My prayers are going out for the Blazers, come on boys , bring another playoff game to the house. That is if we can get by Volunteer this week, there pretty though. As a life long pioneer, class of 81, and knowing the history of our football program, I think we the pioneer nation are winners of the 2018 season. It has been an awsome season already. If our boys go down at any point from now on it dont matter, they have already rewrote our school history. Heres to praying that this season continues to state, if not, were winners already. However Cinderella seasons like this are fill good stories, and I'm loving it. Now if we do by chance loose in the playoffs to a big powerhouse team, so be it, we've had the best season in school history. (Congrats Pioneers). But if you loose to our little podunk team, what an upset that would be. just saying. Thank you Lord for the season we are having. By the way does any one know the outcome of Halls running back that was hurt in the game, I believe Holmes was his name. Praying he is OK.
