If you don't play them, you don't own them. You haven't played Farragut so what ever....you can't claim any titile, .. Farragut beat Webb in the Jamboree, but it was preseason and I give that up to practice. Be sure to tell the coach at Webb you said Farragut was afraid to play you becasue I will tell our coach and I know him you can expect a game next year. I really am insulted you say scared , have you looked at our schedule? We dodge noone and I will be there to watch us play next year and and you just lost a fan......Go Bearden!

Ok, I feel like I need to say something from Farragut's side. First, Our coach had a plan for Bearden's defense and we didn't get it done. We worked on it in pratice and he told and showed us where Bearden was beatable and we didn't follow thru and make the runs. Second, AS far as the guy who said we changed our game plan and started subbing, well, Coach has done that all the years he has been there, so that shouldn't be a surpise and he has one a couple of championships doing it his way, not what everyone else thinks. Honestly, Coach has a hard job trying to corral the teams talent and personalities. Third, it is taking us longer than we thought to get it together and get everyone clicking together. I think we showed we can play last night, we still just have to get our click together. Fourth, The three new guys who stepped into our defense did very well. All of us would like more playing time and NONE of us could agree on who should start anyway, so we will just have to wait and see Fifth, WE never said we would be National Champions..SOMEONE ELSE DID!! Sixth, There will be a second game, and we will be there

Big G, Perhaps someone did go out on a limb and shouldn't HOWEVER, Coach told us the other day, to own up to it if we were going to post any negative stuff. In fact he said you call him when we are out of line on here. I guess I am saying, noone owned up to the Crappy post, and coach told us if he ever found we were bragging or taunting on Coach T he would have our heads. Somehow someone is doing a good job of Sabotoging us. Now you even partly are believeing it about us. It may be someone from our school on another sport or it may be an outsider, but from what I hear from meetings and Coach's expectations we are somewhat humble. Cut us a break or pull all of Farragut off of here. I f coach thinks you think that he will make us stay off. A sorry Farragut Player

Farragut was trying two new formations that we have never praticed. Coach told us before the game what they were and to adjust as best we could. It was very frustrating, but to coach's credit he took blame for the confusion. He always stresses these are scrimmages to try things out and we did. It is hard to play your best in things new. So if scrimmages are what you measure us on, we lost, if listening to our coach and trying different stuff when it doesn't count measures us then we won!! So to you who put so much weight on this SCRIMMAGE, oh well, we will see how it works when we are playing our normal game. Congratulations to Catholic for a good game. To those of you who feel we aren't for real, you will just have to see!

Big G , You suprise me, I thought you agreed Farragut don't take scrimmages to heart because coach plays everyone. Catholic is always good and will not be underestimated just played the same

Psuedie- You were not CALLED a fraud by me , and my post doesn't reflect that. It was the poster named Bruin that said he checked into things and found you a fraud. I do think you are full of it about Texas being so superior, HOWEVER< you are entitled to your opinion and to make mistakes, which you did because I didn't call you a fraud, but YOu must have been a nonessential player in Texas, becasue I haven't heard of ANY GREAT players now in Tennesse from Texas, so you must not be any good here either!!! Next time start your attack on the Right Person and you may not find such a sharp answer BACK!!

I agree , Bearden is anything but overrated. They will definitely be the team to beat this year. They have great players, coaching and team support, you doubters better wake up, the Dogs are for real!

Fanatic 5 from upper east Tn, Say Farragut is just alright about midway during the season, and if they have losses you can back it up, Otherwise, you can reevaluate , Fair is Fair

I could be wrong about this but I think the Junior Class that won club was the KFC Crush of Knoxville and those players are divided up around Knoxville, with Farragut and Bearden getting their fair share,plus both have some Juniors that play down an age group, I think maybe brentwood has the best JR class in Middle Tenn , but not the state and I am not making anything up, much less lying.

That is because our coach is more about seeing who fits than are we the best. Last year he told us over and over scrimmages don't prove anything except to coaches. I personally would rather win but understand, because I want to do like Big G says, Win the ones you have to!

I will agree that Farragut has some players that should be on the list this year, but the state has some great players on every team but Farragut should have these 2 Major College Signees Ben Backstrom, Jake Russell

First one could argue that 9 Starters return to FARRAGUT this year and with Greene stepping in at Keeper he may be better than the keeper last year, so there is no loss there. With almost 2 squads of varsity returning and so little dropoff in either squad, Farragut will be a team to beat! BUT Everyone PLEASE DON"T TAKE ONE Players jawing about how good Farragut is , that we are all talkers and that way. Most of us are humble and want to talk on the field not say we are the ballinist?

You say you are a Farragut Player, I still don't think you are one of us ( Farragut PLayer), because none of us would make such a cocky statement, and if you were one of us, you would know who I am!!! NO game is easy and soon as you think they are you get beat, on the other hand, we have already been told by a SH player we will be beat , but we will see.

Number 8, There is noone backing down from anyone , also, Farragut has not bragged abit, maybe people bragged on us, but we haven't bragged. Your mistake knocking on us and especially our coach trying to just EXPLAIN what happened. WE (Farragut players) have not knocked Science Hill down, but you have called us whining.) I promise to introduce myself to you at the game so ther is no mistake who I am. We hope to play a good game, but you have really not made any fans with a team that has done nothing to you. Chizaggi, YOu have been fair so we won't argue your point, but MACK 6 doesn't play on Farragut. The TN high game was a fluk with Bearden, some teams have bad nights, everyone KNows play that again and you would have a much different outcome. If you could beat Farragut, Most of your team deserves props, Good Luck< It won't be against a team you are used top playing
